After recently reporting on the في الآونة الأخيرة بعد الابلاغ عن Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI Sirio kanai evo 3 الامراض المنقولة عن طريق الجنس I was made aware of the logo being used by the Italian engine manufacturer Star Motor to display that a motor has been factory modified or as they like to reference it, ‘Sirio Technology Impact’ (STI). كنت على علم الشعار تستخدم محرك الايطاليه من قبل الشركة المصنعه للسيارات لعرض نجمة ان محرك تم تعديله او المصنع لأنها مثل الاشارة الى انه ، 'sirio اثر التكنولوجيا' (الامراض المنقولة عن طريق الجنس). This logo as you can see above on the right is a carbon copy of the logo on the left created by world famous Japanese tuning firm ‘Subaru Tecnica International’ (STI) that is famous for tuning Imprezas and other Subaru’s including the World Rally cars. هذا الشعار كما ترون اعلاه على الحق هو الكربون نسخة من الشعار على اليسار العالم الشهيرة التي انشأتها الشركة اليابانيه ضبط 'سوبارو Tecnica الدولية' (الامراض المنقولة عن طريق الجنس) التي تشتهر بها لضبط imprezas للسوبارو وغيرها بما في العالم يتحدون لنصرة السيارات. This is a blatant copy of the Japanese company’s logo and an even more blatant attempt by Star Motor to change it slightly to avoid infringing on their trademark. وهذا هو صارخ على نسخة من الشركة اليابانيه شعار اكثر ومحاولة سافرة من جانب نجمة المحرك للتغيير طفيف لتجنب التعدي على العلامات التجارية.

Does this actually really matter you ask? هل هذا الامر فعلا في الواقع كنت أسأل؟ Well i think it does as it sends out a pretty poor message about protection of intellectual property, from a company that is at the leading edge of our industry. وأيضا لا أعتقد أنه من حيث أنه يرسل رسالة جميلة عن الفقراء وحمايه الملكيه الفكريه ، من اي شركة وهذا هو الراءده في صناعتنا. And it’s even more dissapointing, is that a company that is so creative when it comes to their products has absolutely no creativity when it comes to designing a simple logo. وانه حتى اكثر dissapointing ، هو ان الشركة التي هي الابداعيه حتى عندما يصل الى تلك المنتجات والابداع على الاطلاق عندما يتعلق الامر الى تصميم شعار بسيط.
