After recently reporting on the Nachdem vor kurzem der Berichterstattung über die Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI I was made aware of the logo being used by the Italian engine manufacturer Star Motor to display that a motor has been factory modified or as they like to reference it, ‘Sirio Technology Impact’ (STI). Mir wurde bewusst, das Logo wird von der italienischen Motorenhersteller Star Motor zu zeigen, dass ein Motor wurde Fabrik verändert oder, wie sie wollen zu referenzieren, "Sirio Impact Technology '(STI). This logo as you can see above on the right is a carbon copy of the logo on the left created by world famous Japanese tuning firm ‘Subaru Tecnica International’ (STI) that is famous for tuning Imprezas and other Subaru’s including the World Rally cars. Dieses Logo können Sie sehen, wie oben auf der rechten Seite ist eine Kopie der Kohlenstoff-Logo auf der linken Seite, die durch weltberühmten japanischen Tuning-Firma "Subaru Tecnica International (STI), die berühmt ist für die Stimmung und andere Subaru Imprezas's einschließlich der World Rally Autos. This is a blatant copy of the Japanese company’s logo and an even more blatant attempt by Star Motor to change it slightly to avoid infringing on their trademark. Dies ist ein eklatanter Kopie des japanischen Unternehmens-Logo und eine noch krassere Versuch Star Motor an, sie zu verändern, um etwas über ihre Markenrechte verletzt.

Does this actually really matter you ask? Ist das eigentlich wirklich, Sie fragen? Well i think it does as it sends out a pretty poor message about protection of intellectual property, from a company that is at the leading edge of our industry. Also ich denke, daß es funktioniert, wie es sendet eine ziemlich schlechte Nachricht über den Schutz des geistigen Eigentums, von einem Unternehmen, das an der Spitze unserer Branche. And it’s even more dissapointing, is that a company that is so creative when it comes to their products has absolutely no creativity when it comes to designing a simple logo. Und es ist noch mehr dissapointing, ist, dass ein Unternehmen, das so kreativ, wenn es darum geht, ihre Produkte hat absolut keine Kreativität, wenn es um die Gestaltung einer einfachen Logo.
