Star Motor infringing copyright? Star Motor infringir el derecho de autor? Categories - Sirio, Engines, Products , trackback
After recently reporting on the Después de la presentación de informes recientemente en los Sirio Kanai Evo 3 STI Sirio Kanai Evo 3 ITS I was made aware of the logo being used by the Italian engine manufacturer Star Motor to display that a motor has been factory modified or as they like to reference it, ‘Sirio Technology Impact’ (STI). This logo as you can see above on the right is a carbon copy of the logo on the left created by world famous Japanese tuning firm ‘Subaru Tecnica International’ (STI) that is famous for tuning Imprezas and other Subaru’s including the World Rally cars. Este logotipo como se puede ver arriba a la derecha es una copia exacta del logotipo de la izquierda creada por mundo famosa empresa japonesa tuning 'Subaru Tecnica Internacional (STI) que es famoso por Imprezas afinación y otras Subaru, incluido el del Mundial de Rally coches. This is a blatant copy of the Japanese company’s logo and an even more blatant attempt by Star Motor to change it slightly to avoid infringing on their trademark. Does this actually really matter you ask? ¿Realmente este problema para que usted realmente solicitar? Well i think it does as it sends out a pretty poor message about protection of intellectual property, from a company that is at the leading edge of our industry. Bueno, yo creo que sí, ya que envía un mensaje muy pobres sobre la protección de la propiedad intelectual, de una empresa que está a la vanguardia de nuestra industria. And it’s even more dissapointing, is that a company that is so creative when it comes to their products has absolutely no creativity when it comes to designing a simple logo. Y es aún más dissapointing, es que una empresa que es tan creativo cuando se trata de sus productos no tiene absolutamente ninguna creatividad cuando se trata de un simple diseño de logo.
