These tires have also been made in conjunction with Mirage Racing and UK GRP racers and have been specifically developed for the grass / astro turf conditions found in the UK. The surface of the tyre has a textured finish instead of a smooth finish as this improves traction once the spike has folded under acceleration. This made a huge difference in performance of the tyre and was another feature that we are very happy with. We also have been very busy developing a new softer insert which is now yellow in colour and improves handling on bumpy tracks as well as landing jumps.
