Matsuzaki is 2WD World Champion

Hot Bodies driver Hayato Matsuzaki is the 2007 IFMAR 2WD Off Road World Champion. The Japanese driver won the crown on home soil from fellow B4 drivers Jared Tebo and Ryan Maifield after winning Legs 2 and 3 of the A Main. Having TQ’d the event, Matsuzaki got off to a poor start finishing only seventh in Leg 1 as Maifield took the win. Rising to the occassion the Japanese ace came back in style to win the next two legs to lift the World title. World Championship action continues in Japan with the 4WD World Champion set to be decided over the coming days.
