The Norwegian Federation has taken the rather drastic measure of calling a halt to all races and training for electric powered classes following 3 charging related ‘explosions’ at a 1/10th scale National last weekend. This will probably come up in other countries as well, let us just hope that other federations have people with a bit more… insight to electric racing. Dies wird wahrscheinlich in anderen Ländern auch, lassen Sie uns nur hoffen, dass auch andere Verbände haben Menschen mit ein bisschen mehr… Einblick in Elektro-Rennen.
By the way, the Norwegian federation did NOT ban/put a halt to, any kind of Nitro racing. Übrigens, der norwegische Verband nicht verbieten / Put-Einhalt zu gebieten, jede Art von Nitro-Rennen. Strange when you think about it… 5 explosive IB-cells right next to a somewhat explosive fuel tank… Nah that’s not dangerous is it? Seltsam, wenn Sie darüber nachdenken… 5 explosiven IB-Zellen direkt neben einer etwas explosiven Treibstofftank… Nein das ist nicht gefährlich ist das?

That would not happen with rechargeable LiPo Batteries….. Das würde nicht passieren, das mit aufladbaren Batterien LiPo… .. No more crappy low-quality Nimh Batteries in my Cars ! No more crappy low-Qualität NiMH-Akkus in meinem Auto!
