Bloomfield prend Truggy Nats double tête

The opening 2 rounds of the UK Truggy Pro Nationals was run last weekend at the Herts Nitro Model Club under sunny and warm conditions. Coming out of the last pitstop, Darren grabbed the lead from Jon and was able to take the win, with Jon in 2nd and Simon in 3rd. In the final Darren was leading until lap 12 when he ran out of fuel and this left Tommy to take over the lead but was being pressured heavily by Hazlewood. A fast recvovering Bloomfield moved his way back to the front where he regained the lead and went on to win from Tommy Chung in 2nd, while a mistake near the end saw Jon drop to 3rd.
