Sabrina Lechner wins South German Rd1
Categories - Gas, National, Racing - trackback
The opening race in the 1/8th scale southern Germany regionals was run at the weekend in Bamberg, and following some damp weather on Saturday that prevented any testing from getting done, the track eventually dried on Sunday for race day. Qualifying went to way of Belgian Motonica racer Robin D’hondt, who was very quick and could take pole position from Serpent/IDM driver Sabrina Lechner in 2nd, Dominik Mayer 3rd and Maximilian Vogl 4th. Pole man Robin started very quickly but after only 4 laps touched a board and was out of the race, which left Sabrina up front where following some further lead changes could take the win ahead of Dominik Mayer and Maximilian Vogl.
Thanks to Sabrina Lechner for the report.

Lady rules :-) Way to go Saby!

but unfortunately she is lying when she opens her mouth…
Jennifer Bernauer was in front after Robin crashed and Sabrina could only take over the lead because of a broken Glowplug in Jennifers car…
also in her report about the race in paris many untruths are included…

Thanks mike for reveiling the truth.
Because for the French GP in Paris, she did lie!!
Her stop and go was for a bad position on the starting grid. Her mecanic put the car 50 cm from were it should be, he considered the position was not clean enough.
And blaiming Efra and the organiser for that is unacceptable. Serpent should be more carefull when a driver is making this kind of report.
She may be fast and one of the only woman, it doesn’t allow her to say stuff like that

I never lie… And also this is not my report, you know freedom of the press ??????
(i was on the first position after robin’s crash, then i made an mistake and Dominik go in front but he has a problem with his engine and than jenny go in front but than she has also some problems with the engine and I took the first place again!) and so i won this race, and she comes back and had the 6. position !!!!!
And thats the trueth…. and nothing else……

Guys, quit taking shit, especially you Romain, you make yourself sound like a dick ‘revealing the truth’. I have written these things in this story, not Sabrina. And if it seems a bit vague in describing the final then thats because i had a lack of information. She did mention it was an exciting final and never said she easily won the race.

I agree that the stop and go was correct.
But what was blaimed to the EFRA and Organiser was that she came into the pits and no one was standing there with the flag to where she had to stop …
Also when she came inside for the second time the organisation forgot the difference between a stop’n go and and a 10 sec penalty, which is in my opinion a very big difference.

I have updated the story slightly to reflect better what happened in the final

Haha, what’s the difference all you guys lost to a girl! Just kidding. She must be one fast lady!! Congrats Sabrina. In the end, Sabrina did come out with the win. You can drive my car any day!!! ;)

She’s quick, no question, but she’s also arrogant and extremely self centered. Too bad, otherwise she could be a real asset for manufacturers.
This way she’s running a new car every year because sponsors don’t really get any return from her.
Try to ask her about help or setup advise at a race… :-)
Oh, Sabrine, one more thing, stick with your own language, pleeease!

This discussion is way bellow the belt line guys….
Sabrina and her family are well dedicated to the sport and are always helpful!
To succed in a mans sport you have to be a little more self condident as a girl….
Sometimes its not easy for boys to loose against girls *lol*
Why don’t you close that BS down Eoghain??

Its pathetic how some people have to argue over the internet that sabrina would lie… She is probably a better driver than 99% of the people who are posting here and still some have to to blame her.
Apparently nobody had the courage at the race to talk to her, but enough to blame here over the internet. So why don’t you guys keep the BS for yourself? Its over.
@insanitor: it’s even more pathetic to blame someone for his english skills because he’s not a native speaker.
Congartulations to Sabrina.
(I hope the comments will be closed before more jealous idiots
are crawling out of their holes)
