Xray T3 Touring Car platform
Categories - Cars, Products, Xray - trackback
Xray have announced that they will be replacing their T2 platform with the T3 series at the beginning of next year. Having burst onto the electric touring car scene back in 2000, the company has only had 2 TC platforms in all those years, with the original T1 being replaced back in 2005 with the current series. No details were given but we are aware that the Factory team have been testing some new ideas and parts in previous months during races, and while we are sure the new car will have some nice innovations, I wouldn’t expect it to be miles away from the current platform’s configuration.

all i can say is i raced a T2 009 all this summer, after racing last summer with the fk05 platform, WOW! what a difference. the 009 is what 1 year old and now its time to do a make over. not a big fan of that. however i will still be racing the 009 next season as well. to me it looks more like a tweeked 009.

I saw it on a race last weekend and I must say it looks very good. It is much more than tweeked 009.
