Picco .21 Buggy Evo4 engine
Categories - Engines, Picco, Products - trackback
Italian engine company Picco Micromotori have released their latest 3.5cc buggy engine with the introduction of the .21 Buggy Evo4. The motor features a completely redesigned combustion chamber, which is now larger, and a new cooling head, which together help better dissipate heat from the engine. The carburetor has also received some attention and has been improved by using two o-rings on the max needle to prevent any air entering the carb, while the low needle shape has been given a new shape for smoother power delivery and better fuel consumption.

GRP?
They only make tyres, not engines… ;-)
Even if you think it looks similar, take a look at the OS max engines, which where there even before GRP, so if it was a knock-off…..

It does not take long until we see a one piece head/combustion chamber, it is the only way to cool the engine at its maximum.

I am really liking this new carburetor..It definitely tunes tunes easier and has a smoother delivery then the previous generation carbs…….My latest EVO 3’s had the updated carb and I am very impressed so far with them…..This new EVO 4 should be a killer engine…….
