RSD TC6.2 aluminium chassis & floating servo mount

Reflex Racing introduce the RSD aluminium chassis for the Team Associated TC6.2 touring car as well as an updated floating servo mount. Starting with the chassis that is available for pre-order now, the aluminium item will not only lower the centre of gravity of the car but also helps to dissipate heat generated by the electronics. It  comes in handy when running in medium to high-bite conditions as the flex characteristics of aluminium allow to push the car to its limits harder without having to worry about an unstable or unpredictable vehicle. Once released in mid-May there will also be optional battery holders and an optional motor mount available.

Also new is the RSD TC6.2 floating servo mount. The part was designed to make the steering on the TC6.2 more precise thanks to its 3-bolt design at both the bottom and the top. The constructon keeps the servo from shifting after tapping boards and having collisions. This allows the car to track more straight through out the run. By detaching the servo mount from the steering posts the car also will not tweak the front end after collisions. Reflex Racing recommends to use the servo mount in combination with a high-quality servo saver to avoid damage to any steering parts in the event of a crash.
