Horne & Legue win at Michigan State Champs

The annual Michigan State Championships were held at Dirtburner Racing in Livonia, Michigan recently. This race typically brings out a few heavy hitters and this year didn’t disappoint. In 2WD Mod Buggy it was Allen Horne with the TQ from Mike Legue in 2nd. 4WD Mod Buggy and 1/8th E-Buggy then saw Mike Legue taking the overall TQs over Ayden and Allen Horne. The 2WD Mod Buggy A-mains then saw Allen and Ayden Horne coming out on top as Mike Legue had to settle for 3rd overall as the grip had come up and he wasn’t able to push his car as desired.

4WD Buggy saw Mike Legue taking the win from tone to tone despite a last minute push of Ayden who ultimately came in 2nd overall. Allen Horne would round out the podium in 3rd.

Over in E-Buggy it was again Mike Legue with a clean win as he left behind Nathan Betley in 2nd and Dj Lecoyer in 3rd.
