Ατομικοί πύργοι κλονισμού άνθρακα B44 Categories - Team Associated, Atomic Carbon, Off Road, Products - comments closed 
Νέος από τον ατομικό άνθρακα είναι αυτοί οι πύργοι κλονισμού αντικατάστασης για σχετικό B44 με λάθη. Γίνονται από την ίνα άνθρακα 4mm, και χαρακτηρισμός των πρόσθετων τρυπών κλονισμού παράλληλα με τις τυποποιημένες τρύπες εξαρτήσεων, αυτοί οι πύργοι είναι διαθέσιμοι και για το μέτωπο και για το οπίσθιο τμήμα του αυτοκινήτου. Ολοκληρώνοντας τελικό που εξετάζει είναι τώρα διαθέσιμοι για να αγοράσουν.

Προαιρετικό bodyshell ατομικός-άνθρακα B44 Categories - Team Associated, Atomic Carbon, Bodies, Off Road, Products - comments closed 
Ο πρώην ευρωπαϊκός πρωτοπόρος Chris Doughty έχει τις πρώτες εικόνες του προαιρετικού σώματος ατομικός-άνθρακα B44 που χρησιμοποιείται με Ατομικός-άνθρακας B44 προαιρετικά πλαίσια σκαφών ινών άνθρακα. Το κοχύλι είναι ακόμα στη φάση πρωτοτύπων του οι τόσο που τελικές λεπτομέρειες χρειάζονται επιβεβαιωμένος αλλά οι μπροστινοί και οπίσθιοι πύργοι έχουν διαμορφωθεί για να επιτρέψουν τη ροή αέρος πέρα από το σώμα έτσι όπως να μην πάρει εμποδισμένες από τον πύργο. Το σώμα είναι χαμηλότερο από αυτό για S4 ακόμα υπάρχει αφθονία του δωματίου για το σύνολο - ταξινομήστε τα servos, τους δέκτες και τοποθετημένους ελεγκτές ταχύτητας ύφους TC τους ανεμιστήρας.

Ατομικά μέρη επιλογής άνθρακα B44 Categories - Team Associated, Atomic Carbon, Accessories, Off Road, Products - comments closed 
Εξαιτίας του συνοπτικού κομματιού από το oOple για Ατομικός άνθρακας S2 στο οποίο αναφέραμε ότι νέο 4wd με λάθη ήταν επισημασμένο, έρχεται οι πρώτες εικόνες πειρακτηρίων εκείνου του αυτοκινήτου που έχει αποδειχθεί σχετικό B44 με τα νέα μέρη επιλογής ινών άνθρακα από τον ατομικό άνθρακα. Η πιό ξεχωριστόη είναι όμορφη φορμαρισμένη, και επεξεργασμένη στη μηχανή, πλαίσια σκαφών ινών άνθρακα που αθλητισμός ένα διαφορετικό σχεδιάγραμμα μπαταριών και μια ραδιο διαμόρφωση εργαλείων από το αρχικό αυτοκίνητο και επίσης ότι δεν χρησιμοποιεί πλέον ένα ανώτερο στήριγμα πλαισίων, πιθανώς που οφείλεται στην ακαμψία της σκάφης. Ο Jimmy στο oOple κατόρθωσε να πάρει μερικές πρώτες εικόνες του νέου ατομικού άνθρακα S2, ένα αυτοκίνητο που ήταν γύρω σε όλο το έτος στα διάφορα guises, εξελιγμένος βαθμιαία έως ότου προσεγγίστηκε ένα σχεδιάγραμμα που ελειτούργησε. This, the pre-production car, is a work of art - losing any rough edges the prototypes might have had and with a swish new carbon laminate tub chassis specially made for this car. A new 4-gear gearbox and cell layout distinguish this car from the prototypes and the car should be available as a conversion for the popular RC10B4 from Associated. Also spotted was the new 4wd chassis from Atomic Carbon, that sports donor parts from the Associated B44 and a newly designed front end, but he unfortunately wasnt allowed to take any pictures of it.

Atomic Carbon Kevlar chassis Categories - Modifications, Atomic Carbon, Cars, Off Road, Products - comments closed
The picture above and below is that of a new kevlar / carbon fibre tub chassis for the Atomic Carbon S4 which UK driver Mat Dodd is currently testing. The chassis has a outer layer of kevlar and the normal inner layers of carbon fibre with the purpose of the kevlar to help reduce any wear to a minimum on the chassis. Depending on how testing goes it might be introduced on the company’s S2 and S4.

Our mate oOple has a nice little write up on the Atomic Carbon Kyosho Ultima RB5 shock towers that their team helped co develop, and that we briefly wrote about a while ago. And his conclusion -
Despite running on some of the most demanding tracks in the UK Stu didn’t manage to do more than scratch one of the production Atomic towers so far (touch wood). The 4MM Carbon looks trick and gives the car a new look - but more importantly the additional settings are very useful, especially on the rear - not cheap, but worth it!

Atomic Carbon Ultima RB5 shock towers Categories - Atomic Carbon, Kyosho, Accessories, Off Road, Products - comments closed
UK based carbon fibre specialists Atomic Carbon have announced the release of these new Kyosho Ultima RB5 shock towers. Made from 4mm carbon fibre these front and rear shock towers have been developed in conjunction with Team oOple team driver Stu Wood.
Stu using the atomic carbon shock towers managed to qualify 7th out of 130 drivers, at the recent BRCA national held at Bury Metro and this is the 1st time in 15 years that a Kyosho 2wd car has made a BRCA national A final.

Atomic Carbon AC10 prototype Categories - Atomic Carbon, Electric Off Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Atomic Carbon, makers of the S4 and S2, and masters of all things carbon fiber have shown the first pictures of their new project call the AC10. Its a 2wd buggy with tub chassis and rear mounted motor and is different from the company’s S2 chassis that is currently hitting the tracks in the UK. The prototype still isn’t finished, with some parts still to arrive to complete it, but one thing is certain, it sure looks sweet.
UPDATE: We have looked into it more and it turns out that it is a personal project to recreate the original RC10 in carbon and other modern materials.
