Οι έννοιες αγώνα Calandra έχουν αναγγείλει την απελευθέρωση αυτού του αργιλίου που ο ανώτερος βραχίονας τοποθετεί για το μπροστινό τέλος υπέρ-δοκών στέγης κέντρου ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου ομάδας. Όχι μόνο καραμέλα ματιών, αυξάνουν πολύ τη διάρκεια και τη συνέπεια μόνο ζυγίζοντας .05 oz. για το ζευγάρι. Κατάλληλοι για τη χρήση και στη 1/12th κλίμακα & στις 1/10th εφαρμογές κλίμακας, έρχονται στις εκδόσεις 0, 5 και 10 βαθμών.

Κλίμακα κέντρου ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου GenX10 1/10th ομάδας Categories - CRC, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Οι έννοιες αγώνα Calandra έχουν απελευθερωμένη του GenX10, το πιό πρόσφατο αυτοκίνητο που απελευθερώνεται στην κατηγορία Pro10. Το GenX10 είναι το αποτέλεσμα του συνεχών καθαρισμού και της ανάπτυξης προϊόντων στο κέντρο ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου και το έχει ρίζες από -οδικό δρομέα κλίμακας του κέντρου ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου τον προηγούμενο 10ο το Pantoura, αλλά αυτή η πιό πρόσφατη εξάρτηση έχει υποβληθεί σε ένα επαναστατικό έδαφος ξανασχεδιάζει επάνω για να παραγάγει έναν ισορροπημένο, ελαφρύ και διευθετήσιμο δέκατο δρομέα κλίμακας. Η νέα υπέρ-δοκός στέγης του κέντρου ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου χαρακτηριστικών γνωρισμάτων GenX10 φορμάρισε το μπροστινό τέλος και το νέο οπίσθιο άκρο Χ-λοβών καθώς επίσης και το φορτιζόμενο από τον πυθμένα δίσκο μπαταριών που εγκαθιστά οποιοδήποτε ύφος μπαταριών, καθώς επίσης και το διευθετήσιμες πλάτος διαδρομής και τη βάση ροδών.

Κλίμακα ανοικτός-Χ κέντρου ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου 1/12th λοβός Categories - CRC, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed 
Το κέντρο ανίχνευσης και ελέγχου έχει αναγγείλει τις λεπτομέρειες για το νέο λοβό ανοικτός-Χ τους για το 1/12th πλαίσιο κλίμακάς τους, το οποίο χαρακτηρίζει μια νέα να περιστρέψει κεντρική απόκλιση που κινείται με τον οπίσθιο λοβό. Αυτή η κεντρική στάση - από τα στηρίγματα η τοποθετώντας περιοχή κεντρικού κλονισμού και το κορυφαίο πιάτο, που επιτρέπουν στο δρομέα για να αφαιρέσει την αριστερή πλευρά του κορυφαίου πιάτου και την αριστερή πλευρά του διαφράγματος. Αυτή η ανοικτή πλευρά ελευθερώνει επάνω ένα καλό ποσό διαστήματος για τα καλώδια μηχανών και τα καλώδια αισθητήρων δεδομένου ότι δεν υπάρχει καμία παρέμβαση με τα καλώδια στο λοβό ανοικτός-Χ. Αυτό ήταν όλα δυνατό λόγω του αρχικού σχεδίου GEN-Χ με το κάθετο οπίσθιο στήριγμα Χ-λοβών. Αυτό το οπίσθιο στήριγμα, που συνδυάζεται με την απόκλιση κεντρικού άξονα, επιτρέπει τη χρήση του νέου από γραφίτη κορυφαίου πιάτου ανοικτός-Χ και του ευρέος ανοικτού διαφράγματος αργιλίου αριστερής πλευράς.

Calandra Racing Concepts have released a high performance, low cost, touring car foam tire for the racing market called Race Cuts, which are a 27 mm wide touring car tire mouted on CRC’s 51 mm dished wheel. This new tire offers a performance based larger diameter wheel (51 mm instead of 49 or 50) with a 27 mm width so its suitable for all the current touring cars and while the rules now allow the wheel to be 53 mm, a rim this large forces a very small side wall making the tire a one or 2 run tire at best. The new TC Race Cuts come trued to 58 mm in diameter and are available in 2 compounds, magenta and a split double purple/magenta.

CRC Gen-X and Losi 8ight parts Categories - Team Losi, CRC, Accessories, Off Road, On Road, Products - comments closed
Calandra Racing Concepts in the US have released a number of new parts for their own line of carpet racers as well as something for off road buggies. First up the release of a carbon fiber cross brace for the Gen-X (above) which mounts to the CRC lower arms, keeping the front end strong, straight and true even with the heaviest impacts. The brace also acts as a mount for CRC’s new “Long-Arm” option, coming soon for the Pro Strut front end. Also new are a number of super strong and light titanium parts such as upper pivot balls for the Pro Strut front end, front end screws and tie rods, also for the Pro Strut front end. Finally, for the Losi 8ight and 8ight T, CRC have made some “No-Pop” steering balls that capture the link, keeping the tie rod attached to the ball even in the event of a hard impact.

CRC Generation-X JSpec Categories - CRC, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Kimihiko Yano have shown the first pictures of the new CRC Generation-X JSpec 1/12th scale chassis that has been co-developed between them and CRC in the USA. The car above in the picture is a prototype but when released it will come with a softer 2.21mm chassis plate, a 3mm longer wheelbase, adjustable battery mounting position and much more. The car is still being tested and should hope to be finalised before the Japanese nationals later in the year.

Ciccarello & D’Agnolo win the 2007 Canadian Challenge Categories - CRC, Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - comments closed
Calandra Racing Concepts are reporting on their site about their teams latest wins at the 2007 Canadian Challenge race. Paul Ciccarello, who reecntly won the Fastcats race in January, showed great pace once more to take the 19T race win, driving his CRC Carpet Knife Gen-X. In the stock class it was oval specialist Pete D’Agnolo that took the Stock class TQ and race win, proving that he is pretty quick on road courses too.

CRC dominate 1/12th at the Halloween Classic Categories - CRC, Events, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
Something that seemed to slip our radar, mainly due to my lack of knowledge with regards 1/12th scale, is the fact that the all new CRC (Calandra Racing Concepts) Carpet Knife Generation X kicked ass at the Halloween Classic in Cleveland. While we only brought you the Touring modified results, it seemed that the real racing at this event was happening in the comeback class, 1/12th. Mark Smyka TQ’d and won in the 19T class, whilst in modified it was Mike Blackstock who took the TQ and the win.
