Calandra Racing Concepts have annouced the released of the GenX10, the latest car to be released in the come back Pro10 class. Calandra Racing Concepts ont annoncé la libération de la GenX10, la dernière voiture qui sera publié dans le retour Pro10 classe. The GenX10 is the result of continuous refinement and product development at CRC and has it roots from CRC’s previous 10th scale on-road racer the Pantoura, but this latest kit has undergone a revolutionary ground up redesign to produce a well-balanced, lightweight and adjustable Tenth scale racer. CRC 1/12th scale Open-X pod CRC échelle 1/12e Ouvert X-pod Categories - CRC, Electric On Road, Cars, Products - comments closed
CRC have announced details about their new Open-X pod for their 1/12th scale chassis, which features a new pivoting center standoff that moves with the rear pod. CRC ont annoncé les détails de leur nouveau-X Ouvert gousse de leur châssis échelle 1/12e, qui dispose d'un nouveau centre de pivotement confrontation qui se déplace avec l'arrière gousse. This center stand off braces the center shock mounting area and the top plate, allowing the racer to remove the left hand side of the top plate and the left hand side of the bulkhead. Ce centre STAND OFF bretelles centre choc zone de montage et la plaque supérieure, ce qui permet au coureur à enlever le côté gauche de la plaque supérieure et la partie gauche de la cloison. This open side frees up a good amount of space for motor wires and sensor wires as there is no interference with the wires on the Open-X pod. This was all possible because of the original Gen-X design with the vertical X-pod rear brace. Ce côté ouvert libère une bonne quantité d'espace pour moteur les fils et les fils du capteur car il n'ya pas d'interférence avec les fils sur l'Open-X gousse. Cela a été possible en raison de l'original Gen-X conception avec la verticale X-pod arrière corset. This rear brace, combined with the center pivot standoff, allows the use of the new Open-X graphite top plate and the wide open left side aluminum bulkhead. Calandra Racing Concepts have released a high performance, low cost, touring car foam tire for the racing market called Race Cuts, which are a 27 mm wide touring car tire mouted on CRC’s 51 mm dished wheel. This new tire offers a performance based larger diameter wheel (51 mm instead of 49 or 50) with a 27 mm width so its suitable for all the current touring cars and while the rules now allow the wheel to be 53 mm, a rim this large forces a very small side wall making the tire a one or 2 run tire at best. Calandra Racing Concepts in the US have released a number of new parts for their own line of carpet racers as well as something for off road buggies. First up the release of a carbon fiber cross brace for the Gen-X (above) which mounts to the CRC lower arms, keeping the front end strong, straight and true even with the heaviest impacts. Also new are a number of super strong and light titanium parts such as upper pivot balls for the Pro Strut front end, front end screws and tie rods, also for the Pro Strut front end. Kimihiko Yano have shown the first pictures of the new CRC Generation-X JSpec 1/12th scale chassis that has been co-developed between them and CRC in the USA. Kimihiko Yano ont montré les premières images de la nouvelle génération CRC-X JSpec échelle 1/12e châssis qui a été co-développé entre eux et le CRC aux États-Unis. The car above in the picture is a prototype but when released it will come with a softer 2.21mm chassis plate, a 3mm longer wheelbase, adjustable battery mounting position and much more. La voiture ci-dessus dans l'image est un prototype, mais quand on les lâche, il viendra avec une douce 2.21mm plaque de châssis, un empattement plus de 3 mm, réglable batterie position de montage et bien plus encore. The car is still being tested and should hope to be finalised before the Japanese nationals later in the year. La voiture est toujours en phase de test et devrait espoir qui doit être finalisé avant la ressortissants japonais plus tard dans l'année.

Calandra Racing Concepts are reporting on their site about their teams latest wins at the 2007 Canadian Challenge race. Calandra Racing Les concepts sont des rapports sur leur site sur leurs équipes gagne au plus tard en 2007 Défi pour le Canada la race. Paul Ciccarello, who reecntly won the Fastcats race in January, showed great pace once more to take the 19T race win, driving his CRC Carpet Knife Gen-X. Paul Ciccarello, reecntly qui a remporté la course en Fastcats Janvier, fait preuve de beaucoup de rythme une fois de plus à prendre la victoire 19T course, volant de son CRC Carpet Knife Gen-X. In the stock class it was oval specialist Pete D’Agnolo that took the Stock class TQ and race win, proving that he is pretty quick on road courses too. Dans la classe stock il est de forme ovale spécialiste Pete D'Agnolo qui a pris l'Stock classe et la race TQ victoire, qui prouve qu'il est assez rapide sur la route cours.

Something that seemed to slip our radar, mainly due to my lack of knowledge with regards 1/12th scale, is the fact that the all new CRC (Calandra Racing Concepts) Carpet Knife Generation X kicked ass at the Halloween Classic in Cleveland. Quelque chose qui semble glisser à notre ligne de mire, principalement en raison de mon manque de connaissances en ce qui concerne l'échelle 1/12e, est le fait que le tout nouveau CRC (Calandra Racing Concepts) Carpet Knife Generation X donné des coups de pied au cul Halloween Classic à Cleveland. While we only brought you the Touring modified Bien que nous ne vous a modifié le Touring results résultats , it seemed that the real racing at this event was happening in the comeback class, 1/12th. , Il semble que la véritable course à cette manifestation qui se passait dans le retour classe, 1/12e. Mark Smyka TQ’d and won in the 19T class, whilst in modified it was Mike Blackstock who took the TQ and the win.
