Spotted at last weekends Masters of 12 Scale held in Kerkrade in the Netherlands, and photographed by Joost Kuiper, was the new Serpent S120 1/12th scale pan car. Belonging to race organiser and Serpent development driver Markus Mobers, it was not being raced but was on display for all to see on the Sunday of the event. What can be seen on this car, which is missing the top centre shock absorber, is the single piece aluminium rear pod and the central tweak adjustment system. The lateral shock absorber, that stabilises the rear pod is not so clear in these pictures but we were told that Serpent will release more information about this car by the end of the week. Serpent are reporting on last weekends Corally Thunderdays that took place at Geilenkirchen in Germany where it was brothers Yannic and Bjorn Prumper driving Serpent S400s that took a 1-2 in the Modified class. After replacing the damaged chassis Yannic’s lap times improved dramatically and this allowed him to join his brother in the final. Nach dem Austausch der beschädigten Fahrwerk Yannic's Rundenzeiten dramatisch verbessert, und dies erlaubte es ihm, sich seinem Bruder in das Finale. Overtaking Corally driver Lars Treder for 2nd position early in the final, Yannic followed his brother for the rest of the race, which saw Bjorn take the win from Yannic in 2nd and Treder in 3rd. The new central axle one-way 16T pulley is perfect for stock racers, where braking is kept to a minimum, and for all racers running on large open tracks. Enabling the front drive train to run free when off power, it enables the racer to carry more speed into the corner. Serpent are reporting that their team in Cyprus concluded another almost perfect weekend in during Round 2 of the Cyprus Nitro Challenge as the ‘Dream Team’ completed a 1-2 finish in the A-final. Serpent berichten, dass ihre Mannschaft in Zypern einen anderen Schluss fast perfekte Wochenende in Runde 2 in der Zypern-Nitro Challenge als "Dream Team" ein 1-2 Finish in der A-Finale. This time it was new signing, Andreas Charalambous’ turn to take the victory only seconds ahead of reigning Champion and team mate Nicholas Ζachariades. Dieses Mal war es neue Unterzeichnung, Andreas Charalambous' wiederum um den Sieg nur Sekunden vor der amtierende Champion und Teamkollege Nicholas Ζ achariades. The two Serpent 960 drivers led the race throughout, after qualifying on the front row of the A Final grid. Die beiden Serpent 960 Fahrer führte das Rennen ganz nach Qualifying auf der ersten Reihe der A Final Gitter. Both drivers pulled away from the rest of the pack right from the start of the race and battled each other for the win. Beide Fahrer zogen weg vom Rest der Packung von Beginn des Rennens kämpfte und jede andere für den Sieg.

Here are the first pictures of the new Serpent S500 4wd buggy. Hier sind die ersten Bilder des neuen Serpent S500 4wd buggy. Shown today for the first time it retains the Durango feel while at the same time being completely new. Sichtbar heute zum ersten Mal hat sie weiterhin die Durango fühlen und gleichzeitig wird völlig neu. The car has an anodised aluminium chassis with detachable sides and has some really nice details all over, especially the rear battery brace and quick release rear driveshaft for removing the batteries. Das Auto hat einen eloxierten Aluminium-Gehäuse mit abnehmbarem Seiten und hat einige wirklich nette Details über alle, vor allem die hinteren Batterie Klammer und schnelle Freilassung hintere Antriebswelle zum Entfernen des Akkus. It uses a dual pivot steering system and the servo is mounted betwen the posts and it was a revised geometry compared the the Durango. Es verwendet einen Dual Pivot-Lenkung und die Servomotoren montiert ist betwen die Stellen, und es wurde eine überarbeitete Geometrie der Vergleich der Durango.

As shown on Red RC on Tuesday, Serpent had lots of new products on their booth this year including the new S240 and the S120. Wie auf Red RC am Dienstag, Serpent habe viele neue Produkte auf ihrem Stand in diesem Jahr einschließlich der neuen S240 und S120. Unfortunately the S500 electric 4wd buggy is not yet on the booth, but is expect to arrive later on in the fair. Leider ist die S500 elektrische 4wd Buggy ist noch nicht auf dem Stand, doch ist zu erwarten, später in der Messe. The S120 was not being shown to press, only distributors, as we are told that it features some unique design features, in particular the lateral damper and central tweak adjuster, that Serpent are keen to keep out of sight from competitors. Die S120 wurde nicht gezeigt, drücken, nur Händler, wie wir es gesagt, daß es einige einzigartige Funktionen Designmerkmale, insbesondere die seitlichen Dämpfer und zentrale Stellschraube tweak, dass Serpent sehr daran interessiert sind, halten sich aus Sicht der Wettbewerber. As you can see from the picture we did take of the car, Serpent have also designed and produced new wheels for the 1/12th car which we are sure will work on other similar chassis’. Wie du sehen kannst aus dem Bild haben wir das Auto nehmen, Serpent haben auch entworfen und produziert neue Räder für die 1/12th Auto, die wir sicher sind, dass die Arbeit auf andere, ähnliche Chassis'.

Serpent have announced that they will release 3 new electric powered cars at this week Nuremberg toy fair, which Red RC will be covering live from the Show floor. Serpent haben angekündigt, dass sie die neue Version 3 electric powered Autos in dieser Woche Spielzeug Messe Nürnberg, die Red RC wird die Live-Show aus dem Boden. To be shown at the fair is the new S500 4wd buggy, the S120 1/12th scale pan car and finally the S240 1/24th scale pan car. So werden auf der Messe ist die neue S500 4wd buggy, die S120 1/12th scale pan Auto-und schließlich die S240 1/24th scale pan Auto. The Serpent booth will contain all the company’s usual products as well including the 08 versions of the 720 and 960 as well as the S400 and F180. The Serpent Stand wird das Unternehmen alle üblichen Produkte wie gut auch die 08-Versionen des 720 und 960 sowie die S400 und F180.
