Tamiya have announced the upcoming release of a new thicker chassis plate for their TRF416 touring car. Made from 2.5mm thick carbon fibre, it is super stiff and ideal for high grip condition such as carpet racing. 2.5mm изготовлены из углеродного волокна толщиной, это супер жесткая и идеально подходит для высоких сцепление условий, таких, как ковер бегах. More new products from the RCX show in California as US Magazine RCCA spotted a new competition truggy on the Tamiya stand. Named the TRF801X, this is still a concept car and as such there is little more concrete information known about it other than it will be aimed squarely at the competition market. It looks that Tamiya has perhaps smartly skipped the over crowded buggy market to get a head start on the still emerging truggy market. Japanese company Square have recently released some new option parts for the Tamiya TRF416. Японская компания площади в последнее время выпущено несколько новых вариантов частей для Tamiya TRF416. Starting with this pair of C-hubs, they have been made from blue anodised machined aluminium thus adding stiffness to this area without adding much weight. Начиная с этой парой С-узлов, они были сделаны из голубого анодированного алюминия вырезаются таким образом, добавляя жесткости в этой области, без добавления большого значения. Also for the front of the car is a pair of machined aluminium steering blocks, which like the C-hub parts, makes this area very stiff without adding much weight while giving the user the choice of a 3rd steering rod mounting point. Также в передней части автомобиля пара торцевой алюминиевой рулевой блоков, который, как и C-узла частей, делает эту область весьма жестких без добавления большого значения при этом пользователю выбор 3rd рулевого стержня точки крепления.

Jaad Racing have released some new additions to their Tuned Shock Towers range with new shock towers for the Tamiya TRF416 and the Serpent S400. Made from carbon fibre, there are new pieces for both the front and rear of both cars, with all providing more tuning possibilities with regards the shock absorber angle. On one of the biggest stands at the fair, Tamiya and Carson, had their latest and greatest products on show. On the Tamiya side of the booth, the Japanese company was focussing on its DB01 off road chassis, which is the basis for the Durga buggy, while also very much in focus was the Limited Edition DT-02MS 2wd buggy. Not something we would normally write about but as oOple have raced this car last weekend, that makes it suitable for Red RC. Called the Buggy Champ, the mini rough rider from Tamiya is based on its bigger 10th scale cousin from around 1979 or so. The overall look of the original rough rider has been kept much more so than in the previously released mini frog’s case. The main distinct feature of the Buggy Champ being the trailing front suspension which is really the only difference that separates this, the newly-designated GB02 chassis, from the GB01 used on all the other current range. After much speculation about the future of top Dutch International electric racer Jilles Groskamp, we can confirm to you that he has signed to Tamiya.
