At the recent Tokyo Hobby Show in Japan, KO Propo showed off a number of new items on their stand and Hong Kong based company Roche was there to take pictures. First up, as you can see above, is the new 2.4GHz Spread Spektrum system, which is to be used in all their high end module based radios with the set coming complete with a miniature SS receiver. HPI Racing have released 2 new electronic speed controllers, the same as those that come standard in the company’s E10 street car and Sprint 2 Sport. The EN-1 unit can handle any motor with 21 or more turns of wire, while the SC15 can handle any motor with 15 or more, allowing you to fit any “stock” motor, which are typically 23 turns or 27 turns, or even mild modified motors in the case of the SC-15. Xenon have announced the successor to their high performance race proven VS-1 micro-miniature speed controller, with the release of the VSS.
