Although we have already seen the Wasp CRF .21 On-Road engine, Team Orion have published their official image of the motor on their site. For those of you who missed the post about this engine the first time here is the details of it.

The Nürnberg toy fair may not start until tomorrow but our show partners RC Junkies has managed to sneak himself into the show and take some pictures of the exhibitors as they set up. He also managed to bag some pictures of the new Team Orion Wasp CRF motors that we told you about yesterday. On their stand they also had Adrien Bertins car fitted with the new .21 CRF Wasp.

After Team Orion released the images of their new .21 CRF Wasp off road motor last week it was only a matter of time before they made a circuit version available too. Today we have found information that confirms that the eagerly awaited .21 circuit and also the .28 Truggy motor will be made available soon.

The Wasp Rev .28 Truggy, Oh yeah it’s time has come and the power of CRF REV is here! Truggies are quickly becoming a class to be reckoned with at tracks and neighborhoods all over the world. Whether your trying to pass the field over the triple or out roost your buddies the Wasp REV is your key to unlocking all the potential in your vehicle.
Expect more information to be made available this week at the toy fair in Germany including the announcement of a .15 and .18 version of the CRF Wasp motor too.

Sidorf to release XR engine range Categories - Sidorf, Engines, Off Road, Products - comments closed
Spanish 1/8th scale buggy manufacturer Sidorf is to release a new engine range this year called the XR range. The first motor to be released will be the GP7T, which is a 7 port designed for serious pace off road. More information to follow.

Team Orion have announced that they will introduce the .21 3.5cc version of their revolutionary CRF Wasp motor at the Nurnberg toy fair next week. Made with input from Adrien Bertin, although how much influence could he have only being there a month is questionable, the engine is designed for use in your buggy or even your truggy. More information will be made available when its released.

Picco release new .28 Truggy motor Categories - Picco, Engines, Off Road, Products - comments closed
Picco Micromotori, the famous Italian engine manufacturer has released their latest .28 truggy motor for this ever more competitive class. This new engine features a rather Ninjaesque cooling head which is supposed to aid performance and inside the engine has 5 ports and 2 booster ports and the crankshaft is scooped making this one serious motor to put into your truggy.

Serpent release Mega ZX21 DSII+ Categories - Mega, Engines, On Road, Products - comments closed
Serpent have released the updated version of their ZX21 DSII, the DSII+. Featuring and updated combustion chamber and piston, the new motor allows more consistent tuning as well better reving thanks to the smaller contact between the piston and the liner. The engine has the same part number as the previous DSII and is available now.

Murnan Modified Motors have released their latest beast, the hand modified Team Orion Wasp 12 CRF. Famous for hand tuning motors, Uriah Murnan has gotten his hands on this already very quick motor and did some great work to it. The engine now has more torque, more power, and much crisper throttle response, while maintaining very good fuel consumption. The crankshaft has also been lightened and reshaped to maximize power and efficiency.
