Suitable for most scales of on road vehicles, electric and gas, it has been made from a single piece of 2mm thick black anodised aluminium. Sporting the Xceed logo laser etched into the top and sides, the feet and top platform feature foam pads for helping to prevent your car and stand from moving around your work bench. A nice added feature is the inclusion of 4 holes in the top surface for sitting your shock absorbers into when refilling them.

Vita Tuning have announced the impending release of this Stationary Wheel Balancer, which will be made available under the Reckward Tuning brand. Suitable for all off road wheels with a 17mm wheel axle, this system sees the wheel rotate itself to the heavier point, making identification of unequal weight distribution easier. Through the use of plastescine the user can then balance up the wheels and easily re-check them.

Sirio’s crankshaft bearing installer tool is made to ensure the best possible alignment of the crankshaft bearings during installation. This Sirio tool is one of the few that presses the bearing in from the outside race. Many other tools apply pressure to the inside race of the bearings, which can sometimes damage the bearings before they’re ever used. This precision tool comes with a lightweight milled aluminum handle, which can be removed for more compact storage and transportation. The front boss features a smooth one-way bearing, which means the bearings are pressed straight in, no twisting motion from the tool to misalign the bearing, meaning the best possible installation every time. Two models are available, one for big-block engines and one for small block engines.

Fastrax have released this double function tuning screwdriver, called the Tune Stop. Featuring an adjustable length tip, it is long enough to get at the hard-to-reach low-end needle on almost all cars. Its second function is that it doubles up as a tool for stopping your engine by using the rubber end to press against the flywheel or exhaust outlet, killing your motor. Xray have released a complete set of 4 chassis balancing weights, 2 x 5g and 2 x 10g, and mounting hardware. Designed for Xray electric & nitro touring cars, to be mounted at pre-drilled chassis holes, they can also fit other race cars as well. Made from steel and laser engraved with the weight value for easy identification, they can be stacked atop each other in order to achieve the proper chassis balance.

Kawada Ride height gauge Categories - Kawada, Tools, On Road, Products - comments closed 
Japanese company Kawada have released this double function touring car and 1/12th scale ride height gauge. Made from black anodised aluminium, one side of the tool features measuring steps in 0.5mm increments from 1.0 - 10mm, while the other side features a continuous sloping face that can measure within the same range, but in more accurate 0.1mm increments. Featuring the Kawada logo on the side, it and the measurements have been lasered onto the tools surface which will be available for sale in mid April.
