Team Xray Australia have announced that young Australian racer Ryan Maker has signed to race the Xray range of touring cars for 2008. 2007 IIC and 2008 Et 2008 DHI Cup DHI Cup winner Jimmy Maddison from the UK has been in contact to tell us that he has signed a deal to run SMC cells for the rest of this year. The Schumacher team driver said he was very excited about the change and is looking forward to working with Danny from SMC to help develop the new Ener-G 4600 cells. Alongside IDM motors, European ‘B’ Championship semi finalist Sabrina will also run the new ATS made IDM tires in this years German Nationals. European ‘B’ Européenne "B" Vice Champion Vice Champion Eric Dankel from Germany has agreed a 2 year deal with Shepherd Micro Racing to drive their newly released Velox 1/8th scale chassis. Also a top runner in the German Championships, Eric leaves behind former Sponsor Mugen, but will continue with long term engine supplier Novarossi while for fuel and tires he will be using Runner Time and PMT. Aussi un coureur dans le top allemand Championnats, Eric laisse derrière ancien commanditaire Mugen, mais continuera à long terme avec le fournisseur du moteur Novarossi tandis que pour le carburant et les pneus, il sera amené à utiliser Runner Time et TPM.

KO Propo America have been in touch to let us know that sedan racing ace Ron Atomic has joined their US team. KO Propo-américains ont été en contact pour nous faire savoir que la berline de course ace Ron atomique a rejoint leur équipe américaine. Ron has proved he has what it takes and in the past five years has made the finals at many ROAR national events, and in doing so has shown great talent and a great work ethic. Ron a prouvé qu'il a tout ce qu'il faut et dans les cinq dernières années a fait de la finale au RAAR de nombreux événements nationaux et, ce faisant, a fait preuve de beaucoup de talent et une excellente éthique de travail.
