Ο Stephane Bouche ενώνει τον αγώνα ποιμένων Κατηγορίες - Ποιμένας, Αέριο, Στο δρόμο, Αγώνας, Οδηγοί - προσθέστε ένα σχόλιο 
Η JP που συναγωνίζεται, διανομείς για τον ποιμένα στη Γαλλία, έχει αναγγείλει ότι ο κορυφαίος γαλλικός 1/8th δρομέας Stephane Bouche κλίμακας θα συναγωνιστεί το Velox σε αυτά τα γαλλικά και ευρωπαϊκά πρωταθλήματα ετών. Παρόμοιος με Eric Dankel, Τα φύλλα του Stephane πίσω από μια επιτυχή περίοδο σε Mugen που τον είδε τελειώνουν ως δρομέας επάνω στους υπηκόους τελευταίων ετών και Coupe de Γαλλία. Ενώνοντας αυτό που γίνεται γρήγορα ανταγωνιστική ομάδα με Ielasi, Pietsch & Dankel, Bouche ενώνονται επίσης στον ποιμένα από το συντροφικό γαλλικό δρομέα Richard Volta, ένας υπήκοος στρογγυλός νικητής πέρυσι, είναι επίσης προηγούμενος δρομέας Mugen.

Ο 5ος κύκλος της πολεμικής σειράς ταπήτων κρατήθηκε τελευταίο Σαββατοκύριακο με τον ηγέτη Olly Jefferies τίτλου μόνο που χρειάζεται έναν 3ος σε αυτόν τον κύκλο για να επιβεβαιώσει το δεύτερο τίτλο του στις πρόσφατες εβδομάδες, στερεώνοντας τον τροποποιημένο δρομείς τίτλο κουβερτών 2 εβδομάδες πριν. Να είσαι κατάλληλο ήταν Andy Childs που υπόβαλε ένα αγαθό που οργανώθηκε στον τελικό κύκλο να είσαι κατάλληλος στο σπόρο Jefferies στη θέση πόλων, παρατάσσοντας 3ος ήταν ο Kevin Brunsden. Σε τελικό Olly είχε μια κακή έναρξη και χτυπήθηκε πίσω σε τελευταία μετά από μια σύγκρουση με το άτομο Andy Childs πόλων, ήταν σε θέση να φέρει το σπίτι κυκλώνων HB του στην έκτη θέση αλλά καθώς άλλα αποτελέσματα πήγαν ο τρόπος του, αυτό ήταν αρκετό να του δώσει τον τροποποιημένο τίτλο. Ο Kevin Brunsden πήρε τελικό κερδίζει από Glen Doman και αυτό το αποτέλεσμα αφήνει το Kevin με έναν καλό πυροβολισμό της λήψης του δεύτερου στη σειρά στον τελικό κύκλο.

Eric Dankel joins Shepherd Racing Categories - Shepherd, Gas, On Road, Racing, Drivers - add a comment
European ‘B’ Vice Champion Eric Dankel from Germany has agreed a 2 year deal with Shepherd Micro Racing to drive their newly released Velox 1/8th scale chassis. Also a top runner in the German Championships, Eric leaves behind former Sponsor Mugen, but will continue with long term engine supplier Novarossi while for fuel and tires he will be using Runner Time and PMT.

Red RC are excited to announce that we have partnered up with the Much More backed European Touring Series (ETS) to become the series’ official promotional partners. Along with creating a dedicated site for this new professional series, that can be accessed through the tab in the top menu, we will also be present at every round covering it live beginning with next months (14-16th of March) second round from Vejle, Denmark. The series, co-organised by Scotty Ernst and Uwe Rheinard, ran a successful first round alongside the International Speed Weekend in Germany last October, and round 2 sees the series go into its first stand alone event, and the first of 2008. Entries are currently open for the event with a maximum of 110 racers allowed in stock class and 100 racers in modified.
Closer to the event we will announce the names of some top International racers that will compete at the event, until then be sure to get your race entry in straight away. For more information about the event and where it takes place go to the Series page on our site here.

Japanese company Kawahara are playing with the concept of introducing a new class based on the 1/10th 200mm class, called GPR. Essentially they are saying that due to the power of modern .12 engines that the cars have become more difficult to control. What they are suggesting is to use new wheels and tires that see the front increased to 30mm wide and the rear to 40mm wide, which will help get the power to the track and make the cars easier to drive. To compliment this they have also proposed a new 220mm wide Group C bodyshell, with a GT and Saloon car also planned, and a new wider front bumper which protects the new wider car that will be available for the Mugen MTX-4 and Kyosho V-One RRR. I’m not too convinced by the idea, as a major part of the skill of racing is to be able to handle that power, and also remember that the world had a class like this already - 235mm.
