Ο Teemu Leino κερδίζει 2008 TITC Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, International, Racing - add a comment 
Βλέπω ως φυλή προθέρμανσης για το παγκόσμιο πρωτάθλημα που κρατήθηκε στην ίδια διαδρομή το Νοέμβριο, αυτό το τρέξιμο ετών του TITC στην Ταϊλάνδη κάλλιστα παρακολουθήθηκε από τις ομάδες εργοστασίων από σε όλο τον κόσμο. Το τρέξιμο σε ένα σφιχτό ομαλό κύκλωμα υπό τους θερμούς όρους, να είσαι κατάλληλο είδε το δρομέα Teemu Leino ακτίνας X να καθορίσει τα γρηγορότερα τρεξίματα για να πάρει το κορυφαίο σημείο χαρακτηριστή με 3 στρογγυλά κερδίζει μπροστά από τον προηγούμενο παγκόσμιο πρωτοπόρο Atsushi Hara στο 2$ο και τρέχοντα ευρωπαϊκό πρωτοπόρο Ronald Volker σε 3ος, και οι δύο που συναγωνίζονται τον καυτό κυκλώνα οργανισμών. Τελικά ήταν εύκολα για το Teemu, ο οποίος θα μπορούσε να κερδίσει τα πρώτα 2 για να απαιτήσει το γενικό κερδίζει με 1 τελικό αριστερό που οργανώνεται. Με τη συνεδρίαση του Teemu έξω το 3ος τρέξιμο, αυτός ο Andy Moore για να πάρει το πόδι 3 κερδίζει, το οποίο συνδύασε με το 2$ο σημείο του από το πόδι 1 του έδωσε το 2$ο συνολικά μπροστά από το Ronald Volker σε 3ος.

ETS Δανία - Marc Rheinard που επιβεβαιώνεται Categories - ETS, Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - add a comment 
Ο οδηγός εργοστασίων Tamiya, και ο παγκόσμιος 2004 IFMAR πρωτοπόρος, Marc Rheinard από τη Γερμανία είναι ακριβώς ένα οι μεγάλοι δρομείς ονόματος για να έχουν επιβεβαιώσει την είσοδό του για στρογγυλά 2 της ευρο- να περιοδεύσουν σειράς που πραγματοποιείται στο 14$ο - το 16$ο του Μαρτίου σε Velje, Δανία. Τρέξιμο στην τροποποιημένη κατηγορία θα ενωθεί από άλλους εισερχόμενους νεαρών δικυκλιστών που περιλαμβάνουν 2008 φλυτζάνι DHI νικητής Βίκτωρ Wilck, οδηγός Toni Rheinard ομάδων HB καθώς επίσης και έξοχα γρήγορα locals STEEN Graversen για Kyosho και Ιωνάς Kaerup που συναγωνίζονται για τη HB. Με περισσότερα μεγάλα ονόματα που αναμένονται για να εισαγάγουν, θα σας κρατήσουμε που ενημερώνεστε πότε ανακαλύπτουμε περισσότερους.
Θέλετε να συναγωνιστείτε ενάντια σε μερικούς από τους δρομείς παγκόσμιων κορυφαίους περιοδεύοντας αυτοκινήτων, ενώ όντας επάνω από το θρυλικό Scotty Ernst, σε μια διασκέδαση και φιλικός, όμως η επαγγελματική ατμόσφαιρα αγώνα είναι έπειτα βέβαια να πάρει την είσοδό σας μέσα για στρογγυλά 2 του ETS με τη μετάβαση εδώ.

Ο Chris Kerswell κερδίζει 1/12th βρετανικό GP Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, National, Racing - add a comment
Last weekend saw the 19 turn British 1/12th scale GP run in Hereford, where the organisers created a challenging layout that was very unforgiving and punished small errors very heavily. Qualifying saw the TQ spot go to Russ Williams but he suffered worse luck in the 3 leg finals, crashing out of the third leg while leading. In the first leg of the A-final the win went to Corally racer Chris Kerswell ahead of Matt White with Mark Stiles in 3rd. The 2nd final saw a battle between HB team mates Mick Farrell and Mark Stiles until pressure saw Mick make a mistake eventually ending in 3rd behind winner Stiles and Keith Robertson in 2nd. This meant the winner would be decided in leg 3 and following the demise of Russ Williams, Chris Kerswell could take the lead and eventually the win, giving him the overall win ahead of Mark Stiles in 2nd.

ETS Denmark - Stock Handout motor Categories - ETS, Electric, On Road, International, Racing - add a comment 
The organisers of the upcoming round of the Much More backed ETS (Euro Touring Series) in Velje Denmark, which will be run from the 14th - 16th of March, have confirmed that the handout stock motor for the event will be the Team Checkpoint Money 19T Spec Motor. This is a great spec motors and thanks to series sponsors Team Checkpoint you will get this as part of your entry to the Danish event. The series organisers have also confirmed that this same motor will be used at the Dutch round of the ETS in Heemstede, which takes place on the 11th - 13th of April.

Norwegian Winter Series Rd5 Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - 1 comment so far 
The 5th and final round of the Norwegian Winter Series took place last weekend hosted by VMBK and going into this last round all top 3 spots were wide open. In qualifying for the modified class it was Xray driver Helge Johannessen that claimed the TQ spot in front of Truls “ShortCut” Solberg in 2nd for Tamiya, while in the 3rd starting spot was Adrian Berntsen also for Xray.

Olly Jefferies wins Carpet Wars Series Categories - Events, Electric, On Road, Racing - add a comment
The 5th round of the Carpet Wars series was held last weekend with title leader Olly Jefferies only needing a 3rd in this round to confirm his second title in recent weeks, having clinched the Rug Racers modified title 2 weeks ago. In qualifying it was Andy Childs that put in a good run in the final round of qualifying to pip Jefferies to the pole position, while lining up 3rd was Kevin Brunsden. In the final Olly had a bad start and was knocked back to last after a collision with pole man Andy Childs, he was able to bring his HB Cyclone home in sixth place but as other results went his way, this was enough to give him the modified title. Kevin Brunsden took the final win from Glen Doman and this result leaves Kevin with a good shot of taking second in the series at the final round.

European Touring Series - Round 2 Categories - ETS, Electric, On Road, International, Racing - add a comment
Red RC are excited to announce that we have partnered up with the Much More backed European Touring Series (ETS) to become the series’ official promotional partners. Along with creating a dedicated site for this new professional series, that can be accessed through the tab in the top menu, we will also be present at every round covering it live beginning with next months (14-16th of March) second round from Vejle, Denmark. The series, co-organised by Scotty Ernst and Uwe Rheinard, ran a successful first round alongside the International Speed Weekend in Germany last October, and round 2 sees the series go into its first stand alone event, and the first of 2008. Entries are currently open for the event with a maximum of 110 racers allowed in stock class and 100 racers in modified.
Closer to the event we will announce the names of some top International racers that will compete at the event, until then be sure to get your race entry in straight away. For more information about the event and where it takes place go to the Series page on our site here.

Matsuzaki wins Yatabe International GP Categories - Electric, Off Road, International, Racing - comments closed
Last weekend saw the Yatabe Arena International off road GP take place at the famous indoor off road track in Japan. The event was attended by all the top Japanese racers and also present was former World Champion Ryan Cavalieri who was taking part in both the truck and the 2wd and 4wd classes. Racing saw the Reedy style format being used and even though Cavalieri dominated the 2wd class with 3 wins from 4, he had one sightly off result in the 4wd class which meant he finished in 2nd behind eventual winner, 2wd World Champion, Hayatu Matsuzaki, with Masami Hirosaka claiming 3rd. Cavalieri took the win the truck class.
