Subject of a launch teaser campaign earlier this month, the Scalpel, billed as the worlds first real 1/18th electric pan car, was eventually launched at the iHobby Expo in Chicago. Oggetto di una campagna di lancio occhiolino all'inizio di questo mese, bisturi, annunciata come la prima vera mondi 1/18th elettrico pan auto, è stato avviato su iHobby Expo di Chicago.
