Prototype Russian EP Touring car

A couple of days ago a discussion started on the RC Tech forums about a prototype Russian made Electric Touring car which the designers claim to be very unique and innovative. And judging by the first large picture of it, this as yet unnamed touring car definitely appears to be different with a 4WD shaft drive and non conventionally motor position, which sees it mounted perpendicular to the central shaft and not parallel. Other unique features is the saddle pack mounted batteries and track rod suspension arms. The car has already won races in its homeland but little else is known about it.
