Can you really compare these two radios? It is a bit like let a BMW 3-series and a 750iL battle it out on the race track. The MX-3 offers a light weight, usable and well arranged software features, decent ergonomics and an affordable price. The M11DSSS however is the battleship of both. Heavy, convincing, robust. But, like the 7-series B’mer: it is expensive and maybe too technical for ‘just’ driving (using) it! Surprised of our conclusion? Be honest to yourself: how many of the software features your computerized transmitter offers are you actually using? Sub Trim? Of course! Steering Expo? Hmm, maybe. Throttle Expo? Ohh, the air get a bit thinner. How about Traction Control or Steering Speed? Got it?
