The comparison 008 vs. 009 is in many points definitely wrong eg. the Anti Roll bars, Springs, Top Deck etc.

Hi Janne. Thanks for your comments. As mentioned in the test we found out that the ’008 specs differ a bit. The Xray homepage stated silver/gold springs with 1.2mm swaybars all round. The (late?) ’008 kits in the shops show the ’009 set-up with C2.8/C2.6 springs and 1.6mm/1.4mm sway bars. It’s likely that Xray changed the specs without updating the homepage.

I think even the first Kits had the new “009 spec” springs, swaybars and top deck. My 008 was also one of the first ones and it had these parts in the kit. The Top deck you mentioned was i guess one of the prototype parts also shown on the 008 package. But i think the rest of your review is very nice, great work, like all of your reviews…
