Team Torke got in touch to inform us that after EFRA and BRCA homologated their Full Torke 6500 70C LiPo, the company has released a new LiPo pack called Stick Torke. With 4000mah & 30C the LiPo packs are available with Tamiya plug or Deans connector.

CS Electronic 7200mAh 150C LiPo pack
CS Electronic have released a new 7200mAh LiPo pack featuring the unique Silver Protect system. The addition of silver ions not only allows a much higher discharge power, up to 75C continuously with a maximum of 150C, but it also provides a lower internal resistance of the cells for a longer life span despite high charge rates. EFRA approved it comes with a hard case for protection and bullet connectors.

Team Orion weight transfer system LiPo battery
Team Orion have introduced the WTS ‘Weight Transfer System’ in combination with a World Champion winning Carbon Pro 90C 4000mAh battery. Weight distribution is an important factor in the setup of the car and racers move the battery forwards or backwards to change the weight distribution. The problem is that the size and disposition of current batteries limits the effectiveness of this setting. To remove this limitation, they have developed a new battery case that uses shorter cells and is equipped with three compartments to fit weights. Thanks to this you can not only modify the position of the battery, but also its total weight and the disposition of that weight within the battery case. For perfect installation in your car, the Carbon Pro 90C WTS battery features two connector positions. This also allows you to shorten your ESC cables for even better efficiency. Acorn Racing 1500mAh & 1100mAh RX packs
Acorn Racing have released their new line of receiver packs. These Lithium based cells housed in metal cases were specifically designed for use in nitro-powered cars, buggies and trucks that require a stick / hump pack configuration. Small in size, light in weight, makes these the optimum receiver packs for today’s racing car design. These packs are made smaller than the new generation LiPo and LiFe receiver packs in the market, does not expand and has an operating voltage between 2.3V to 4.2V per cell. This pack can be used together with today’s LiPo-compatible high voltage servos and receivers for even more steering speed and torque.
