The 2nd round of the Puerto Rico National Championships was run last weekend at the country’s Isabela Track. Seen as the warm up race for the World Championship held on the same track in November, this years running of the TITC in Thailand was very well attended by factory teams from around the World. This weekend saw race number 4 in the Israeli League 2008 for 1/8 scale, contested at the Hot-Wheels race club in North Israel.
