Infinity IF15 clutch weight version B

Reigning 1:10 200mm World Champions Infinity have released a new version B clutch weight for their IF15 kit. These innovative clutch weights sit between the flywheel pins and offer a higher clutch meet than the normal type weights making them suitable for use with basic engines such as O.S. 12TG . Set screws are included to adjust the weight and clutch meet pressure. The version B weights are also usable with high power engines.

73RC 73Ten chassis stiffener & floating servo mount

Coming from 73RC and made for their 73Ten 1/10th Pro10 pan car are new carbon fibre option parts. First up is a chassis rail and stiffener set with multi points to adjust chassis flex. The set is a direct fit and should work well on high-grip tracks and when running low-turn modified motors. Also new is a floating servo mount set that allows to use different size steering servos while ensuring equal left-to-right handling characteristics. Both sets include the needed hardware and they can be used together or separately.

ARC R11 bulkhead alignment tool

ARC have introduced their new bulkhead alignment tool specially designed for the needs of the R11 touring car. Using the tool will ensure a fully parallel front and rear bulkhead assembly with the result being reduced chassis tweak end lower natural drivetrain drag to do eliminating friction of the transmission axles. Included in the set are the CNC-machined alloy bulkhead block as well as two steel shafts.

Maclan Racing Graphene V2 LiHV battery packs

Maclan Racing have introduced their new Race Formula Graphene V2 LiPo battery packs in the latest 2019 chemistry. Maclan took their 2018 design and pushed performance to the next level with lower internal resistance, stronger run-time voltages, and more usable capacity. The 7.6V LiHV batteries are built using 5mm connectors, they are 10C chargeable and are available in all popular configurations, including standard stock and shorty, for both on-road and off-road applications.

Xray XB8 graphite composite front arms

Coming from Xray and made for their XB8 buggy are graphite composite upper and lower front arms. Moulded from a lightweight, graphite-reinforced composite material the arms improve suspension smoothness in dusty track conditions as they ensure a more free arm movement. In addition they increase stability, cornering speed and they are recommended for medium to very high bite track conditions. The arms are available separately and they are usable on the left and right hand side of the buggy.

2018/19 Essex Winter Series Rd3 – Report

The 2018/19 Essex Winter Series marked the half way point this weekend with the third round of the championship. With Elliott Harper and Olly Jefferies tied on points at the top of the championship, both were looking to get their 2019 campaigns off to a strong start. However, there was some surprise in the first qualifier when Elliott broke his Xray on lap two, it wasn’t Olly who took the lead of the group, but Associated’s Matthew White. Matt maintained his composure and took the round by a few tenths of a second over Olly’s Schumacher, with Kyle Branson taking third with his Capricorn chassis. Chris Grainger showed the improvements the Associated team had found by backing up his team-mate and taking fourth, with privateer Stefan Chodzynski rounding out the top five.

Reds Racing welcome back Cody King

Following the popular return of Cody King to RC racing, Reds Racing have announced the signing the former IFMAR 1/8th Nitro Buggy World Champion. Cody and his dad Paul were integral in the advancement of the Reds Racing product line since 2013 and Reds Racing are pleased to have them back on board to start the next chapter of the 2010 IFMAR World Champion’s career. Cody’s talent is unsurpassed and Reds Racing expect to see more great things from now until the future.
