Avid Truss 2.2’’ 4WD Front Slim Wheel

Adding to its Truss 1:10 Offroad wheel line-up, upgrade parts producer Avid Racing Concepts has introduced the Truss 2.2’’ 4WD Front Slim Wheel.  4WD on carpet is notoriously hard to drive so instead of chasing setup tweaks or adjusting your driving style, Avid has taken a different approach. The 4WD Front Slim Wheel runs a 2WD slim front tyre to better balance the car and calm the steering, giving the front end a much more familiar 2WD feel while maintaining the proper offset and width for 4WD.  The result is a buggy that is easier to drive, more predictable, and doesn’t force you to relearn your inputs when switching between classes.  Coming as a pack of 4 wheels, the Truss Slim Wheel is available in the traditional white or yellow options.
