BoostRC A800 Spring Steel Chassis ‘Black Edition’

New Italian start-up BoostRC has introduced a new ‘Black Edition’ Spring Steel Chassis for the popular Awesomatix A800R | RR 1:10 Electric Touring Car.  Recommended for use when racing on indoor carpet and asphalt with medium to high grip racing conditions, the chassis was developed through extensive CAD optimisation and on-track testing.  Machined from high-grade spring steel, delivering a driving feel that is both smoother and more controlled compared to the standard carbon fibre version, thanks to the material’s elastic properties, the spring steel chassis provides more linear and predictable handling.  It also increases traction without unwanted snap reactions and gives greater consistency through rapid direction changes.  Its refined flex characteristics help the car maintain a lower centre of gravity and improved overall weight balance, allowing drivers to confidently carry more speed through technical corner sequences. Visually, the chassis features a distinctive black finish and a layout that gives the A800R platform an aggressive, high-end appearance.  The chassis is supplied with custom Torx T10 screws, provided in quantities exceeding the required amount to ensure spares are available.
