INOV8 3DX Carbon Tweak Plate

Ryan Maker’s Inov8 brand has released new 3DX Carbon set-up items for 1:10 Onroad in the form of a new Carbon Tweak Plates and new Carbon Aligned 10mm Droop Block Set.  The tweak plate is a perfectly flat surface for de-tweaking your car that also features a centre cut-out to be able to access motor-mount screws from underneath, to aid in detecting chassis tweaks, and to be able to hold your car flat whilst you tighten motor-mount screws.  The plate is made from 5mm thick 6K twill matte carbon with engraved INOV8 “N” Logo and is available with both bronze or silver feet and features anti scratch/slip padding underneath.  The aligned droop block set presents a great solution to checking your droop with the set including a 4mm Rod, which is inserted into the 10mm Carbon droop blocks, keeping them aligned while you do your droop. This keeps the readings more accurate when checking tweak and droop.  A nice 3D Printed case keeps everything together, with the rod snapping on the side and the blocks sliding inside the case. Inov8 also have an additional block sold separately which can be used as a 3rd block which would sit in the centre of the rod.  This can be great to use the aligned droop blocks as a chassis tweak plate. This 3rd block in the centre prevents the chassis drooping in the middle.  The set comes in at a lightweight 18 grams making it perfect for travel to races.
