Reds Racing has introduced its new 521 Competizione .21 Offroad S Line Competition engine, designed for 1:8 buggy and truggy racers in search of a balance of performance, reliability, and value.  The new 521 Competizione is based on the Italian engine tuners latest 5-port competition technology and features important technical updates developed to improve tuning stability, fuel efficiency, and overall drivability while maintaining the performance expected from a true racing engine.  The new 521 Competizione is available in two different configurations to suit every driver’s needs.  The standard version features a steel crankshaft and steel rear bearing for maximum durability and excellent value while the 521 Competizione Plus, identified by its red colour cooling head, is the premium version featuring steel crankshaft, high-performance ceramic rear bearing, and DLC-coated backplate for reduced friction, improved smoothness, and enhanced performance consistency.  Main Features of the New 521 Competizione.  A high-quality aluminium 3-Needle Carburetor is the same as used on REDS 721 series engines, designed to guarantee maximum reliability and tuning consistency.
