Serpent Medius X26 Electric Touring Car

Serpent has released their latest 1:10 Electric Touring Car, the Medius x26. Serpent’s goal for the latest evolution of the Medius was to engineer a next-gen chassis shape with improved flex for ultimate grip. With less rear overhang, they claim razor-sharp steering response through every apex with the new chassis shape is available in high-grade carbon or as a state-of-the-art, DLC-coated steel version. The X26 kit get a completely redesigned suspension. Ultra-stiff and incredibly lightweight lower carbon suspension arms minimize unsprung weight while maximising chassis agility. The Dual Link Upper Arm System gives total control over setup with hyper-precise caster and camber adjustments, tailored for any track condition. Matching the new suspension, the kit also features Ultra-Short Shock Absorbers which are optimised to achieve an extremely low centre of gravity (LCG) that heavily reduces body roll for razor-sharp stability. Additionally, the shocks are mounted closer to the chassis centre to minimise rotational inertia, allowing for faster direction changes.
