3Racing Zero Cero FWD Touring Car

Having released its Zero Cero Electric Touring Car earlier this year to mark its 15th Anniversary, Hong Kong manufacturer 3Racing has opened pre-orders for the FWD version of the kit. The Zero Cero FWD brings front-wheel-drive competition engineering to the platform that’s already sold out four times over. Not a conversion, this is a purpose-built FWD chassis built from the ground up around the Zero Cero DNA and based on a 1.2mm steel chassis plate with dedicated machined 110° screws. Other key features include a full forward weight repositioning: servo, motor, steering, and battery all shifted front. A 48 gram brass alloy front bumper with additional brass weight tuning holes allows the optimisation of downforce. A shortened front gearbox has been designed specifically for FWD layout. A 225 belt provides faster motor response and improved corner exit acceleration. The rear of the chassis features a multi-cutout design for increased torsional flex and traction while a new upper deck integrated with differential top cover is more streamlined, more responsive.
