New from Xray and made for the XB2 2WD buggies are aluminium camber link mounts. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and coming black anodised the parts increase stability and durability while making for a more precise and more forgiving handling at the same time. The front camber link mount fits both the carpet and dirt edition XB2 while the rear mount is only suitable for the carpet spec car.

During last week’s Nuremberg International Toy Fair HPI Racing have introduced the Jumpshot MT Fuzion 1/10th scale 2WD ready-to-run monster truck. Based off of the standard Jumpshot truck the vehicle features a Twin Vertical Chassis design, modular steering and a tough drivetrain to handle the power of the newly-added Fuzion brushless motor and LiPo-ready speed controller. The high-power unit makes for an increased power-to-weight ratio for more acceleration and top speed, equalling in longer jumps, bigger air and more fun. The set is rounded out by a pre-painted bodyshell, grippy all-terrain tyres on silver chrome wheels and a 2.4GHZ radio system.
Coming soon from Tamiya are three aluminium centre driveshafts for the MF-01X 4WD chassis. The shafts are machined from high-quality aluminium and they come blue anodised and laser-etched for easy identification. They are designed to replace the standard steel shaft and due to the lower rotation mass acceleration and braking are greatly improved. The shafts are available as 173mm shaft for 210mm wheelbase chassis, as 188mm variant for 225mm wheelbase cars and as 203mm shaft for 239mm wheelbase vehicles.

Debuted at the 2016 Reedy Race of Champions, Pro-Line now officially introduce their all-new 1/10th buggy front wing and mount. The wing is placed in front of the shock tower and sits as low as possible for the cleanest air flow and lowest possible centre of gravity. Using the wing will keeping the buggy’s front end planted coming out of the corners, without doing the negative things that can come from a high centre of gravity wing while also pretty much retaining the overall look of the vehicle. The Pro-Line front wing sets include two wings in each package and each one has three different wing cut lines to adjust the amount of front downforce to what works best for the car and track conditions. The Arizona State Championships were held last weekend and in the 1/8th Nitro Buggy class TLR/Reds Racing’s Ryan Maifield would take the win. Mugen’s Mike Truhe would take his OS-powered buggy the runner-up spot just ahead of Mugen team mate Adam Drake in 3rd.

SWorkz have introduced the S350T US Edition 1/8th nitro off-road truggy. The US project was started by the SWorkz USA team during the 2015 ROAR Nats and the improvements combined with many small new details resulted into a more balanced and faster truggy. The kit comes standard with LDS front and rear universal cross drive shafts, the S350 front steering knuckle kit, the Evo II rear hub carriers and the L-BBS shock system with new geometry R2.0 shock towers.
