110% Racing ride height expansion set & nitro syringe

110% Racing have introduced two new accessories in the form of the ride height expansion set for their original ride height gauge as well as a nitro syringe to calculate fuel mileage. Starting with the ride height expansion set, it comprises of two 3-D-printed plates to be used with the 110% ride height gauge. The 13mm to 15mm plate is marked with a 3, 4, and 5 and it will give the ride height needed when running off-road on carpet. The additional The 37mm to 39mm plate allows to use the ride height gauge for a truggy. The two plates come as a set, however the ride height gauge is not included.

110% Racing steel Pipe Clamps

110% Racing, the brand of 2014 IFMAR 1/8th Buggy World Champion, Ty Tessmann has released the Pipe Clamps. Designed to securely lock nitro engine exhaust pipes in place, the parts are machined from steel to ensure the clamps stay tight whereas the standard combination of aluminium pipe and steel set screw has the tendency to work loose during long runs. The set includes two pipe clamps, one for below and one for above the pipe.

110% Racing’s Screw Glue is a specially formulated thread locker for the use on all metal surfaces including titanium, steel and aluminium. It is highly recommended especially for all nitro vehicles where the engine vibrations can loosen fastener during use, but it also comes in handy in electric classes to secure all metal-in-metal screw joints. The thread locker comes in a handy bottle and it is available now.

110% Racing carbon fibre shock pod

Coming from 110% Racing is the carbon fibre shock pod. Based on the original design the carbon fibre version is even lighter than before and has a wider footprint, making it more stable for a more secure stand on the pit table. It accommodates both 1/10th and 1/8th scale shocks and it is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble for storage.

Coming from 110% Racing is the Shock Pod shock absorber stand for 1/8th and 1/10th dampers. Made with high quality acrylic materials and featuring a black base and clear legs the lightweight design accommodates both the smaller 1/10th scale and larger 1/8th scale off-road shocks thanks to different diameter holes with the stand storing them securely to keep the workspace organised and clean. 110% Racing RC Sweat shock O-ring lubricant

Following the RC Blood multi-functional grease RC 110% Racing have now introduced RC Sweat, a lubricant ideal to prevent the seals of shock absorbers from swelling. One of the biggest issues with shock absorbers is that the shock O-rings will swell up from the silicone shock oil, which will cause the shocks to bind up, completely taking away their smoothness and consistency. Using the RC Sweat lube during building and maintenance will not only keep the seals from swelling but the grease will also make for silky smooth shock action over a longer period of time.

110% Racing ride height gauge

The new 110% Racing ride height gauge has been designed to be simple and easy to use and it covers heights from 16mm to 30mm in 1mm increments, simply by switching between the five durable moulded plastic plates that are included, which means this ride height gauge is easily adjusted for most off-road vehicles. The aluminium shaft in the middle was designed to be long enough to allow to slide the ride height gauge under the car easily without bumping any other parts, to get a fast and accurate ride height check. The plastic plates included in the package are triangular to get three different ride heights on each plate. When there is a need to switch out plates, it’s easily done with one screw on the end of the shaft.
