New from Answer-RC is this ball raced Losi 8ight Ackerman Set. Designed to be a perfect fit for the Losi 8 range of buggies and truggies this is a direct fit, coming with all required hardware needed to transplant. The kit comes with both long and short steering plates giving you the choice of set up options. The ball raced Ackerman plate makes the steering less subject to wear and also a great deal smoother and less liable to play in the steering set up of your car.

Answer RC lightweight locking wheel nuts

The new lightweight locking wheel nuts from Answer RC are now available. Designed to offer the best of both worlds, security and performance, the security aspect is two fold. Firstly the have a knurled section machined into the back of the nut to allow it to lock onto the wheel and secondly the nuts come with O Rings that seat into the back of the nut to secure the nut against the wheel stub axle and prevent vibration loosening. The nuts come with 8 o-rings giving you a complete spare set. The nuts are machined away on the faces and drilled into to save weight and as with any closed cap wheel nut, knowing that the stub axle will not get mangled up is always a welcome benefit. Available in red and black in both 1.0mm and 1.25mm threads.

Answer-RC Grade 3 Ceramic diff & thrust race balls

More new products from Answer-RC who have released their ceramic diff and thrust race balls, the result of a great amount of research into the product. These grade 3 balls are the highest spec ceramic ball commercially available, this translates into a rounder, smoother and more accurate ball. The advantages are many, firstly you will get a longer life from both the diff balls and plates meaning less strip downs. They are lighter than traditional Tungsten Carbide balls giving lower rotating mass and reduced spool up time and you will always get balls that are matched in size so no diffs that do not run true due to inaccurate sized balls. Available in 12 packs of 1/16″, 5/64″, 2.5mm, 3/32″ and 1/8″ versions.

Answer RC Black Losi 8ight CVD axles

Answer RC have now made available a black version of their popular Losi 8 CVD Axles for both centre and wheel hubs. Specially hard coated in a tough black anodising to suit the EU Edition of the Losi 8 2.0, these CNC machined 7075 Aero grade aluminium CVD axles massively reduce rotating mass in the drive train of your vehicle, giving quicker spool up, reduced braking time and sharper handling. The Answer-RC CVD axles have been specially machined with additional CVD pin holes meaning that as the fit becomes sloppy they can simply be rotated round to the next set of holes.

Answer RC Fuel filter & Servo horns

Answer-RC have released a number of new accessories including this fuel filter, with pressure stabilizing tube. Available in red or black it can be used as a conventional fuel filter on the engine supply line to ensure that no debris reaches your motor or as a pressure stabilizer on the exhaust return line. The latter reduces pressure spike in the tank making for a more reliable run. Also new from Answer-RC are these two CNC machined aluminum servo horns for ultimate durability. The first straight servo horn is designed to keep the arm in line with the gears and put less strain on the servo bearings. A specially designed clamping servo horn for ultimate security is supplied with 2 x screws and allen wrench for the perfect mounting. Both are available in red or black and in 23, 24 and 25T splines to suit all servos.

Answer-RC 8ight Lightweight Spring holders

Answer-RC have released these CNC machined shock spring holders suitable for all members of the Losi 8ight family including 1.0, 2.0, B and T. These new items utilise a longer spring holder to give a more reliable and safer position on the shock and are specially drilled to maintain a minimum weight with each piece weighing only 3g. Sold in a packet of 4.

Answer-RC 1/10th buggy bearing sets

Answer-RC have released complete 1/10th bearing sets for the Associated B4 & B44 as well as X-Factory X-6. After much testing to find the best bearings for 1/10th scale Answer-RC are confident they have succeeded. All the bearings used in each of the sets use one rubber seal to keep the dirt out and one metal shield to maintain high rpm, while a special lubricant package help the free rotation of the quality ABEC 5 bearings. Sold in complete sets of 14pcs (B4), 16pcs (X-6) and 18pcs (B44).
