1:8 GT | Onroad Worlds announce Energy as official fuel

Italian fuel manufacturer Energy has been announced as the official fuel for both the IFMAR 1:8 GT and 1:8 Onroad World Championships later this year.  Both events take place at the same track in Chile, the very impressive Club de Aeromodelos de Chile (CACH) facility, with the GT title the first to be decided when it runs from September 14-20th.  The fourth running of the GT Nitro Worlds, Hong Nor’s Toni Gruber will be aiming to defend the title he won two years ago in Australia.  IFMAR original and longest running World Championship, the 1:8 Onroad title will be decide between Nov 27 – Dec 7.  Last held in Japan where Infinity’s Dario Balestri took the win, the Italian will be chasing a third World title at the 24th running of the championship near Santiago.

David Loppini powered by Energy Fuel for 2017

Pepe Group from Italy have announced the signing of Italian 200mm vice-champion, David Loppini to their team. The multiple ENS A-main finalist will use the range of Energy products in the upcoming 2017 season, starting from the opening round of the EFRA GP Series.

Energy Fuel powers Leo Arnold for 2017

Pepe Group have announced the signing of French talent, Leo Arnold to the Energy Fuel team. The former ENS A-main finalist and French Champion will use the complete range of Energy Fuel products in his 2017 on-road campaign.

Energy Fuel to supply Simon Kurzbuch

Energy Fuel have announced the signing of Simon Kurzbuch to their team. Reigning World Champion, double ENS and Swiss National Champion, Simon will be a great addition to an already strong team as he will join the likes of Pirani, Ielasi and Zanchettin to run the complete range of Energy products. Simon’s 2017 race program will include the ENS events, the EFRA GP Series, the Worlds in France and of course the Swiss Championship as well as other select international races.

Alex Zanchettin switches to Energy Fuel

Energy Fuel have announced the signing of new Tekno team driver Alex Zanchettin to their Offroad program. The 2014 Worlds finalist and former Italian Champion will use the complete range of Energy products and will be available trackside to support customers at all major Italian and International Offroad races. The former long time MLC supported racer is making his debut with the new fuel at this weekend’s Italian Job Race in Padova.
