Wallace Motorsports welcome top US contender and West Coast based racer Brian Thomas to the Wallace Motorsports Family. Brian has decided to run Hot Race Tyres and Ielasi Tuned engines in both 1/10th Nitro Touring and 1/8th open classes on his current Mugen chassis. Brian brings years of Nitro experience to the table and Wallace Motorsports are extremely happy to have him run and support their brands.

Hot Race Tyres have announced the signing of former 1/10th 200mm World Champion, Daniele Ielasi to their team. Concentrating on his new venture, 1/8th off-road racing, Daniele will be using Hot Race Tyres products throughout his campaign that will include appearances at all major national events in 1/8th nitro and electric classes.

Coming from Hot Race Tyres are new carbon-reinforced 1/8th buggy wheels. They made a first appearance at the recent Montpellier GP where they helped Robert Batlle to take home the silverware. By using carbon fibres to reinforce the nylon material, the rims are lighter and stronger than standard wheels and they provide an easier driving feel all while being more consistent in both low and high temperatures. The wheels will become available from early March.

Wallace Motorsports have announced Diatta Collymore from New York City, NY as an official team driver and representative for WRC, Ielasi Tuned Engines, and Hot Race Tyres in the US. Diatta as well as being a top contender on the race circuit, brings years of industry experience to the table. Diatta had the following to say about the deal:

Hot Race Tyres have introduced their new The Black Glue tyre glue. Specially formulated the adhesive dries about 60 percent to 70 percent faster while offering a stronger bond and improved temperature resistance compared to standard glues thanks to a special, black chemical. The tyre glue becomes available by beginning of February.

Coming from Hot Race Tyres is a new blue colour closed cell inserts for all 1/8th buggy tyres. It was developed especially for racing in hot ambient temperatures and for medium to high-grip track conditions. The insert is meant to provide improved precision, more traction and better corner speed and it is available from now on.

Hot Race Tyres have announced the signing of Bryan and Oscar Baldo to their official team for the 2018 season. The Spanish 1/8th buggy frontrunners will participate at all major races such as the Neo Race, the EFRA European and IFMAR World Championship. Bryan says:
We are happy to announce that Oscar and I will be racing for Hot Race next year. After testing the tires in several circuits, we were able to confirm that their potential is awesome. Hot Race Tyres from Italy have announced the signing of reigning EFRA European 1/8th Nitro Buggy Champion, Robert Batlle to their team. The Spanish Mugen driver has inked a 2-years contract and while running their products at events around the world, he will also assist with product development as well as being the new Hot Race Tyres distributor for Spain. Robert says:

When I tested the tires I got really surprise about the speed and consistency they have, also because of the passion Nicola put into the development of the tires, I love the way he works so I just can say yes to his project!
