Exotek RS4 Sport 3 turnbuckle set & alloy diff gear

Exotek have new option parts for HPI’s RS4 Sport 3 touring car available in the form of an aluminium turnbuckle set and an alloy diff gear. Starting with the turnbuckles, the set includes six 4mm 7075 alloy tie rods that are anodised in factory orange. They allow for easy camber and toe adjustments and included is also an assortment of suitable nylon ball cups. Also new is the alloy differential gear made from 7075 aluminium. The ultra lightweight machined alloy gear comes hard anodised for durability and it scrubs nearly 50 percent of weight compared to the stock steel diff gear with better machined tolerances for smoother bearing fit and gear mesh.

HPI Q32 asphalt foam tyre set

HPI have introduced a set of dedicated asphalt foam tyres for their Q32 series of micro cars. The set includes two front and two rear tyres that come pre-trued and ready for HPI’s Q32 standard or optional rims and the special foam compound will improve grip and durability when running the car outdoors.

HPI Racing 2015 Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5

New from HPI Racing comes the 2015 Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5 Sport 3 ready-to-run kit. The 1/10th scale replica of Vaughn Gittin Jr’s RTR Spec 5 features a super realistic body and a set of replica HRE Tech 7 wheels for scale realism. Under the hood, the Mustang is equipped with the latest HPI Racing Touring Car chassis, the RS4 Sport 3. With full time shaft driven 4WD, a fully sealed drivetrain, waterproof 2.4 GHz electronics/radio gear, fully independent double wishbone suspension and adjustable oil filled shocks the car is Ready to Rock in any condition.

HPI Reactor 500 AC/DC multi-chemistry charger

HPI have introduced the Reactor 500 AC/DC multi-chemistry charger. The device offers up to 5A of charge current with its 50W power circuitry, allowing to swiftly fill 1S to 6S LiXX, 1 to 15 cell NiXX and 2V to 20V Pb batteries. Several safety features such as maximum capacity and maximum charge time cut-off makes for convenient usage even for beginners while multiple charging profiles make charging of different specification batteries such as receiver, transmitter or power packs a breeze. Menu operation is done via a standard 4-button design and the back-lit display helps to monitor most of the important parameters. The package is rounded out by an assortment of wires and adapters as well as a balance board.

Exotek WR8 Speed Chassis conversion & shock towers

New from Exotek and made for the HPI WR8 line of cars are the Speed Chassis conversion and the Speed Towers. Starting with the chassis, the carbon fibre conversion kit is made for the electric-powered WR8 Flux and it removes all extra weight and hardware for a super streamlined, race bred, speed run chassis. Rigid but light of weight the chassis is mated to a reinforced alloy nose plate for durability. Optimised weight balance is achieved via extra mounting holes that allow the motor and battery to be mounted at the rear of the chassis for improved rear traction and jumping balance and part of the package are also alloy battery cups for 2S or 3S hardcase batteries. The chassis is topped off with an alloy centre chassis brace and alloy servo mounts to also improve on lowering the overall centre of gravity.

HB D413 +6mm chassis, Ackermann set & C-hubs

HPI Racing have new option parts for the HB D413 4WD off-road buggy available in the form of a +6mm main chassis, an Ackermann arm set and 15 degree caster blocks. Starting with the chassis, which was used by HB drivers such as Ty Tessmann during the recent IFMAR Worlds, the carbon fibre plate offers a 6mm longer wheelbase for increased stability and it must be used with the +3mm top front and rear top decks. Despite being longer the chassis is good for the use with the standard centre driveshafts. Other new parts include an optional steering Ackermann arm set made from carbon fibre as well as 15 degree caster blocks for the front of the buggy. The items help to fine-tune the steering characteristics for a variety of surfaces.

Xtreme Racing Jumpshot standard & LWB chassis

Xtreme Racing have two new carbon fibre chassis plate sets for the HPI Jumpshot truck available. Coming in standard length and a one inch longer extended variant the vertical chassis plates are made to replace the standard aluminium parts. The chassis are cut from high-quality 2.5mm carbon material and made to improve the visual impact.

HPI Pro5 4 degree soft C-hub set

New from HPI Racing and made for the HB Pro5 touring car is a soft C-hub set. Coming as pairs and including kingpin bushings the steering knuckle carriers with four degree built-in castor are made from a softer composite material and they are designed to fine-tune the handling of the car in various track conditions.
