Hudy 1/10th off road set-up system

Hudy have released a set-up system for 1/10 off-road buggies with 4.7mm wheel axles, with both pin and hex drive wheel adapters. Used for super-precise measurement and setting of front/rear camber, toe, steering throw and caster, its wobble-free mounting of the fully ball-bearing equipped set-up stands gives ultra-smooth, ultra-precise movement and operation. The set-up stands are CNC-machined, hard coated high-grade aluminium, while the toe/steering plate is CNC-machined, tough acrylic plastic. All components feature precision engraving for instant, reliable readings. Also new from Hudy are a set of four CNC-machined alu nuts for quick and easy use with the 1/10 off-road set-up system stands. Each end of the nut has a different thread with one side M4, while the other side is 8-32 UNF thread (for American cars).

Hudy 1/5th & 1/6th wheel balancing adapter

Hudy have released a new wheel adapter for 1/5 On-road car & 1/6 buggy wheels for their universal tire balancing station. The wheel adapter comes with a CNC-machined aluminium holder and 1-piece super-strong and precise steel rod that rotates in ball-bearings. The hex on the wheel adapter fits precisely into the wheel and a machined tightening nut is included for fast and comfortable wheel tightening. All alloy parts are CNC-machined from premium-quality aluminium with stylish black coating and laser engraving.

Hudy range of micro pliers

Hudy have released a set of four high-quality, frequently-used micro pliers for RC model car racers. Manufactured from high-quality steel and additionally hardened for increased lifespan, the cutting edges on the side cutters, long nose and combination pliers are precision ground for high sharpness. The snap ring pliers are specially designed and ground to perfectly fit C-clips and access into differential outdrives. All pliers have a return spring for easy operation and slip-free ergonomic handles provide perfect and comfortable grip. Seen on the Hudy stand at the Toy Fair, the Slovakian company have released their newly-designed Pit Mat, which offers a large 750x1200mm anti-slip surface, perfect for a pit table or your workbench. The anti-skid foam construction is long-lasting & durable, making it lightweight and very easy to pack.

Toy Fair 2010 – Hudy

Slovakian company Hudy, who are sharing the stand with Xray, have introduced their new Starbox for 1/8th scale off road. Carrying on from the compact on road starter box that was introduced at the fair last year, it can take normal NiMh packs as well as LiPos and a neat feature, besides its diminutive size, is the inclusion of extra long feet which can be attached to raise the box in order to also start 1/8th scale truggies.
