Kurt Hubeny joins Ielasi Tuned

Ielasi Tuned have announced that Austrian Front runner Kurt Hubeny has joined their team. Kurt will use the new ITD.21-9CL WC Edition engine in his new WRC car and will be contesting the Austrian Nationals, all ENS rounds, the Matrix Challenge in Austria as well as the Ielasi Tuned Trophy in Leno on the 22nd of May. Kurt says “I’m happy to get in to the Ielasi Tuned team, thanks to Daniele and Modellsport Trinko for the support in 2016.

Jonnhy Pastor joins Ielasi Tuned

Ielasi Tuned have announced the addition of Jonnhy Pastor to their team. The Spanish front runner will use the company’s IDT.12-3CL and ITD.21-9CL WC Edition engines in his campaign that will include attendances at the Spanish 1/10th and 1/8th Nationals as well as the World Championships in Gubbio. Jonnhy has the following to say about the deal:

Tobias Kerler teams up with Ielasi Tuned

Ielasi Tuned have announced the signing of Germany’s Tobias Kerler to their team. The ARC driver already used the Novarossi-based Ielasi Tuned engines in the past and for 2016 he will utilise the company’s ITD.21-9CL WC Edition engine at races such as the European Championships and all ENS events.

Ielasi Tuned .21 9 & 7-port Rally engines

Ielasi Tuned have introduced their all-new .21 Rally engines in the form of the 9CL and the 7CL. The 9 and 7-port long stroke engines both feature new cooling heads with Ielasi Tuned logos, rear ceramic bearings, new design conrods and they are hand-modified by Daniele Ielasi himself. The EFRA-legal engines complement the IFMAR-legal 5CL GT Rally and they become available very soon.

Ielasi Tuned power Brian Poliseno for 2016

Ielasi Tuned have announced the signing of Brian Poliseno for the 2016 season. A round winner at the Italian 1/8th national championships, Brian will use Ielasi Tuned’s new 9CL WC Edition engine to power his ARC R8.0 this coming season.

New Ielasi Tuned on-road & truggy engines

Ielasi Tuned have two new Novarossi-based nitro engines available for 1/8th on-road and truggy applications. Starting with the .21-9CL WC Edition, the 9-port long stroke on-road engine was used by Daniele Ielasi at the 2015 IFMAR World Championships in Brazil and it features a ceramic main bearing and a redesigned cooling head. The special edition engine was modified by hand to ensure the highest possible performance. The second new engine is the .25-7CL long stroke 7-port truggy engine. The power mill offers a displacement of 4.04cc and like the on-road engine it is hand-tuned by Daniele himself to extract as much performance as possible. Both engines are on show at this week’s Nuremberg International Toy Fair and they will become available shorty after.

New Ielasi Tuned .21 & .25 engines coming soon

Ielasi Tuned have announced the soon release of two new nitro engines. First up is the .21-9CL World Championship long stroke on-road engine as it was used by Daniele Ielasi at the 2015 IFMAR World Championships in Brazil. The second new power plant is a .25 truggy engine, with the specification of both are still to be announced. Both engines will be on show at the forthcoming Nuremberg Toy Fair and they will become available shorty after.

Loran Whiting joins Ielasi Tuned

Ielasi Tuned have announced the signing of US female racer Loran Whiting to their team. Loran will use the Novarossi-based Ielasi Tuned engines in her 2016 campaign that will include all major nitro on-road classes including 1/8th, 1/10th 200mm and 1/8th GT. Her first official outing with the new engines will be the 1/8th GT World Grand Prix Race in a couple of weeks time.
