Intech Racing have announced the release of a lightweight aluminium chassis for the ER-12M 2.0 2WD buggy. Machined from high-quality aluminium and coming black anodised the chassis sports distinctive, honeycomb-shaped pockets to reduce the weight by 25 gram compared to the standard part without harming the chassis’ structural integrity.

Coming from Intech and made for the ER-14 buggy is a short battery strap. Cut from high-quality carbon fibre and sporting a two-colour Intech logo the strap is designed for shorty packs exclusively. Using the battery strap not only makes for a more secure fastening of the shorty pack but it also adds some visual impact to the car.

New from Intech and made for the ER-14 off-road buggy are aluminium steering knuckles. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminium the parts offer improved rigidity and steering response compared to the standard composite items. The black anodised hubs come laser-etched, including separate steering levers and they are a direct replacement for the stock parts.

Following a first teaser image Intech have now released more photos and information on the forthcoming ER-12M 2.0 mid-motor buggy kit. The follow-up model of the ER-12 is of a simple to work on design and based on a black anodised aluminium chassis with alloy side rails that also act as battery mounts for square, saddle or shorty pack batteries. The battery mount is made of two carbon fibre strips and alloy thumbs nuts. In the front of the very narrow chassis sit aluminium braces for the alloy upper steering plate and a lightweight composite frame acts as the steering servo mount . Part of the package is also a 4-gear mid motor gearbox with ball differential and also included are standard bore yet large volume alloy shock absorbers. The kit is set for a release early in December.
Intech Racing have released a first image of the forthcoming ER-12M 2.0 1/10th scale 2WD buggy. An evolution of the ER-12, the kit will possibly feature some mid-motor-only gadgets although detailed information are not available yet. More information and images should become available soon.

The parts are machined from Swiss 7075-T6 aluminium and they are made to increase durability and stability even in the most extreme racing conditions. The black anodised hubs come laser-etched for easy identification and they are direct replacements for the stock parts.

Intech have a new lightweight aluminium chassis for the BR-6 2.0 and 2.0 Sport available. The 4mm thick chassis is made from 7075-T6 material and it sports excessive machining to reduce the overall weight while the design offers improved flex resistance. A hard-anodised finish for wear and a machined heatsink ribbing in the engine section round out the new main chassis plate.

Intech Racing have announce the release of emulsion shock caps for the ER-12 and ER-14 buggies. The non-bladder, emulsion style shock caps are machined from black anodised high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and they allow for zero rebound when building the shocks while also making for a more precise adjustment and improved performance. The caps come as pairs and include specific O-rings and bleeder screws.
