DE Racing 8ight-X & MP10 BumpSkids & rear skid plates

Coming from DE Racing are their new BumpSkids and rear skid plates for the TLR 8ight-X and Kyosho MP10 buggies. Starting with the BumpSkids, they combine a well functioning front skid plate with a refined front bumper to create the ultimate in protection, performance, and styling. As for the rear skid plates, like the front BumpSkids, these are ultra thin, they wear like aluminium and save the chassis from becoming overly scratched or damaged. They are sold in packs of three and use the original bulkhead mounting hardware.

Kyosho MP10T hard composite lower arms

Kyosho have introduced their new hard composite lower arms for the MP10T 1/8th scale truggy. Moulded from a harder-than-stock material the arms come in handy especially when running in high ambient temperatures or when racing in high to very high bite track conditions. Using the harder arms results in more precise handling as they do not flex as much as the standard kit arms, however they can take away some overall traction and stability in colder conditions. The arms come as separate pairs for the front and the rear of the truck.

Kyosho Ultima RB7 brass balance weights

Kyosho have announced the soon release of two new balance weights for the Ultima RB7 buggies. First up is the 28g LDW rear weight that was designed to be mounted under the lowdown gearbox of the RB7 and RB7SS kits. Using the part will shift the weight balance toward the rear, increasing rear traction when running in low to high-grip track conditions. Also coming soon is the 32g battery weight that will slide under the battery, upping the overall weight when using standard or LCG shorty battery packs. The higher weight comes in handy in a variety of track conditions as it can calm down the ride over bumpy parts of a track while countering traction rolling on high-bite surfaces. The weight comes laser-engraved for easy identification and it is usable with both the RB7 and RB7SS.
