Exotek have released some new items for the Kyosho RB6 and Durango DEX210 and DESC210. For the Durango cars they each have a new heavy duty 4mm carbon fiber shock tower set with machined alloy camber link mounts. Much stiffer and stronger then the stock versions. For the RB6 is this high strength 7075 alloy steering rack. Precision machined and finished in polished Kyosho red it sports laser etched Exotek logo for that factory look.
Blaze Racing have release this upgraded Kyosho Plasma motor and axle mount. This set eliminates the problems of insufficient ride height with small diameter tires and allows the use of small spur gears. It also has standard top-button motor screw slots, eliminating motor flex. The parts are made from polished 7075 T6 aluminium with engraved logo on top of the left bulkhead.

Xtreme Racing have released new option parts for the Kyosho MP9 TKI2 1/8th buggy. Available are a carbon fibre servo tray and also a transponder mount. The servo tray is cut from 2.5mm carbon fibre and replaces the aluminium kit part while the 2.0mm transponder mount does away with the kit’s plastic part. According to Xtreme Racing the parts are also usable on the TKI3 kit.

Kyosho America have announced the Kyosho Fall Classic 2012 on the 3rd of November 2012 at the prestigious Revelation Raceway in Ontario, California. Kyosho Racing Factory have released this new tool set including 7 tools with black anodized aluminium handles and red cap on the end. The tool tips are made of high quality steel and have a superb fit to the screw head which reduces wear and increases the lifetime of the tool and screw. The set includes a 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm & 3/32inch wrenches as well as a 5.5mm and 8mm nut spinner.

Kyosho have announced that front running Dutch driver John Bruins has joined their 1/10 electric Touring Car team. Winning the stock class at the ETS race in Apeldoorn in 2011, John also had a fantastic season in the Dutch Nationals this year. The highlight of his year was making the B-Main and finishing in 15th position at the IFMAR World Championships during the Summer. John will join already well known team mates like Christopher Krapp and fellow countryman Vaasco Christiaanse and to power his car he will stay with Team Orion that are already supporting him for many years. John had the following to say about his move:
First of all I would like to thank everybody at Kyosho for providing me with this great opportunity. Kyosho is known for manufacturing fantastic products and as of now I am proud to say I will be part of such a dedicated group of people. The TF6 SP is one of the best touring cars out there and I can’t wait to put it through its paces. Kyosho introduce the Mini-Z Bike Ducati Desmosedici GP11. The 1/18th scale bike with brushless motor, gyro and a length of 118mm resembles Valentino Rossi’s Moto GP bike and now that he will leave the Italian manufacture by the end of the season the Kyosho replica will sure be a piece of history. The bike comes with a 2.4GHz transmitter 3.7V 120mAh LiPo battery, charger and tools.

Kyosho Germany introduce a load of option parts for the MP9 and Inferno ST-RR line of off-road vehicles. Starting with the MP9 buggy, the new TKI3 body shell is designed to deliver a performance boost in terms of increased steering and more overall downforce. Used successfully at the recent Euros in Austria and the Italian Job Race the body is available in a lightweight 0.8mm and regular 1.0mm variant. Also new for the MP9 are 3.5mm CVD drive shafts that sport an increased diameter for increased durability. The shafts are available for as rear centre and 91mm and 93mm front/rear universals. Last but not least is Kyosho now offering a Titanium screw set for the Inferno ST-RR Evo 1/8th truggy. The set reduces the overall weight of the truck and increase durability.
