Micha Widmaier gets Nosram power

Austrian Nosram distributors MW RC-Cars have announced that German frontrunner Micha Widmaier will use Nosram electronic products from now on. A long-time CS Electronics supporter, Micha will campaign Nosram products such as brushless motors, speed controllers and also chargers with immediate effect and he has the following to say about the deal:

I am very happy with the products from Nosram. They have very good performance and work perfectly together with my SWorkz cars. With MW RC Cars as Nosram distributor I have a perfect support. I also want to thank CS-Electronic for the last years.

Nosram X-treme Race hardcase LiPo battery packs

Nosram introduce three new hardcase LiPo battery packs in the form of a 5800mAh saddle pack, a 4700mAh shorty pack and a 6600mAh 1S battery. All come in semi-transparent, red-colour hardcases with the 2S packs being built from 110C/55C cells while the 1S 1/12th and World GT battery is made using a 110C/50C cell. The packs use 4mm connector tubes and the saddle pack includes a suitable jumper/charging wire.

Nosram X-treme 2S LiPo battery packs

Nosram introduce two new LiPo battery packs out of their X-treme line of competition batteries. Available as 7500mAh and 6000mAh variant both packs are build from the latest 110C/55C cells, they come in a red semi-transparent case and are good for all power-hungry applications such as electric off-road and touring car racing.

Based upon the extremely successful Pure 2 modified motors, the Nosram crew has developed special spec racing motors that are designed for great performance combined with the perfect control needed for stock racing. Available in 10.5, 13.5 & 17.5 they feature an advanced spec racing magnet, XTEC X20 coolmax housing, dynamic balanced worksteam rotorm optimized racing stack and waterproof preciSensor system. The motors comply with rules set forward by IFMAR, EFRA, ROAR, JMRCA, BRCA & DMC.

Nosram X-Treme Race LiPo batteries

Nosram introduce updated versions of their X-Treme Race competition LiPo battery packs. Protected by a red semi-transparent hard case the packs are build from the latest 3C chargeable cells and come in several specifications from 1S pan car over 2S shorty up to 2S saddle and regular length packs. They feature 4mm bullet-type power and 2mm balancer ports and comply with DMC, BRCA, EFRA and IFMAR rules.

Nosram 5700mAh 80C X-Treme LiPo pack

New from Nosram comes the 5700mAh 80C X-Treme LiPo battery pack. The standard length 2S hardcase battery is build from high capacity 80C peak cells, is 3C chargeable and comes in a transparent hardcase with 4mm bullet type connectors and 2mm balancer port. The battery is ideal for power-hungry applications such as Stock and Modified touring cars and off-road buggies.

Nosram 5800 X-Treme saddle pack

Nosram introduce the new 5800mAh X-Treme LiPo saddle pack battery. Build from the latest high performance 55C cells the hardcase battery comes with 4mm bullet type connectors, a new high density stacking method to increase voltage and the battery is 3C chargeable to reduce charging time. The saddle pack is ideal for many on-road and off-road applications that require a split battery layout.

Nosram Comet Evo & HD speedos

Like the new LRP Flow speedo but prefer red then try the Nosram Comet. Following two years of hard work and designed from scratch, the new Comet speedos are based on a completely new platform replacing the three popular Pearl Evo Version 2 speedos. Racers can use the Comet speedos for modified and stock racing, offering a multitude of setup options. Optimised cooling, extremely high power output over the entire RPM range and simple but flexible adjustability are only some of the highlights that make the new Nosram Comet speedos stand out. The unique software, a heavy copper 8-layer powerboard and the compact 2- piece machined aluminium housing have never been seen in a brushless competition speed control before. Its construction from thermo-conductive aluminium makes the case highly efficient for cooling.
