Tim Bremicker joins Nosram

Nosram have announced that top German and international offroad racer Tim Bremicker has joined their international racing team. Tim, who recently made the move from Mugen to Associated, is one of Germany’s leading nitro offroad racers in both OR8 and ORT classes and recent successes include the German Truggy National title in 2009 & 2008, German Buggy National title in 2008 as well as multiple vice champion titles. Tim will use the complete line of Nosram power equipment for his high-level competition racing, including the RS.21 RR high-performance competition engine, the VTEC 1/8 offroad buggy & truggy tire range and VTEC LiPo transmitter & receiver batteries.

Nosram 24mm X-Dish wheels

Nosram have released their all new 24mm X-Dish wheels that are specially designed to perfectly fit all VTEC tires and 1/10 cars with standard hex mount. These white, non-transparent wheel, is made of a new impact-resistant and lightweight material that keeps the inside of the wheel stable and round. Sold in a pack of 4 pieces.

Nosram VTEC LiFe RX packs & CPX tires

Nosram have introduced a number of new items including their new line up of VTEC LiFe receiver packs and their VTEC pre glued Carpet tires. The batteries are a combination of today’s most used battery types, the robustness and impact resistance of NiMh batteries combined with the capacity, long lifetime and weight advantage of a LiPo battery. They also impress with a higher number of charge cycles and higher cell safety compared to LiPos and the further advantage is that it can be used without an extra RX-regulator. The new VTEC CPX tires offer a newly developed high-traction tire specially for indoor carpet racing. The pre-glued tire features a special low-profile design, which prevents traction-roll on medium to high-grip tracks. With the new CPX pre-glued carpet tire, Nosram also offers a wheel for carpet touring car racing that guarantees 100% controlled racing. The answer to all tyre cheating possibilities are the semi-transparent rims, through which you see the inside of the rims, the result is no cheating.

Nosram Pure Evo BL motor Tuning parts

Nosram have released some new aluminium tuning and cover parts that improve the performance and style of your Pure Evo brushless motor. Due to their design, the motor has better heat-dissipation and air-flow, resulting in a lot cooler running temperature for your motor which helps improves consistency and efficiency, resulting in better power even to the last lap. The lightweight front housing improves air-flow for a lower running temperature, as well as lowering the overall weight of your motor, while the aluminium end cover sports cooling fins to improve the heat dissipation significantly compared to the standard plastic version.

Paul Bradby joins Team Nosram

Nosram have signed top UK and international offroad racer Paul Bradby to their international racing team. Paul is one of UK´s leading electric offroad racers for the last couple of years in both 2wd and 4wd class. Paul´s recent international success includes multiple European Championship A-mains with vice-European Champion title in 2wd last year in Italy as well as finishing in the A-main in the 4wd class at IFMAR Electric Offroad World Championship last year in Japan. Paul made his debut with Nosram at last month’s European Championship in Bilbao, Spain where he made the prestigious A-main in the 4wd class and finished in 6th place. This is what Paul had to say about the switch:

I’ve been really impressed with the performance of the Pure motors and Pearl Speed Controls. They’re extremely tuneable which helps ensure you can find the perfect setting for any track condition.

Nosram now offers a completely new line of high-performance sport, power and team stick packs. The all new packs use the latest NiMh technology to boost them to more capacity and higher voltage. Nosram claim they don’t only set a benchmark in quality, but also feature a completely new and cool design. All stick packs are supplied pre-assembled and directly ready-to-use with connectors. Available in 4600, 4200, 4000 and 3300mAh versions.

Nosram Racing Starter Box Evolution

Nosram have released the Racing Starter box Evolution, a specially developed robust and lightweight starter box. Tested and developed by their Worldwide factory team, the new upgraded starter box features a higher positioned starter wheel for faster and more comfortable engine starts. Suitable for starting competition engines from .12 – .32 (2.11 – 5.24ccm), it is driven by a powerful oversized big block 750 motor that is powered by two 7.2v stick packs or an external 12V power supply.
