World and European Champion engine tuner Ielasi Tuned has announcement that Italian 1:10 200mm Nitro Touring stalwart Mario Spiniello is to represent their products. Excited to welcome Spiniello, who recently finished second at the Italian National Championships, to its team, he brings a wealth of experience and talent to Daniele Ielasi’s brand. The deal coincides perfectly with the upcoming EFRA 1:10 200mm European Championship in France from June 19-22 where he will use their latest GP3R24 engine together with their recently announced new pipe kit 2701. Having released its entry level 1:10 Electric Touring Car the RS1.0 last year, Yokomo has announced it is to offer a Ready-to-Run Set of the car. As an RTR option RS, standing for ‘Rookie Speed’, is ideal for those who want to enjoy a fun and easy control radio-controlled car. With the RS1.0 Ready-to-Run set, the car is pre-assembled, the R/C equipment is installed and tuned, and the body is pre-painted,
so all you need to do is charge the batteries and you are ready to go. Team Brood Racing has announced this Carbon Fibre Transmission Brace Kit designed specifically for the Team Associated B7 2WD Buggy. The new kit addresses the increased flex on the left side of the transmission case caused by the thickening of the motor plate from 3mm to 5mm on the right side, which has led to a higher incidence of idler gear failures compared to the B6 series of buggies. The kit is a straightforward, bolt-on performance upgrade that requires no permanent modifications to your buggy. Made from high-grade 1.5mm thick carbon fibre and precision CNC cut, the brace is engineered to match the stiffness of the right side of the transmission case, effectively eliminating the flex that causes idler gear failures. The kit includes three of our 6061 ball stud washers, available in various colours, to ensure the brace sits on a flat, level surface. To accommodate the brace and ball stud washers, screw length must be increased from 16mm to 20mm. Three M3x20mm button head screws are provided in the kit, but users can opt for their own screws, including titanium screws.
RDRP has added a -1° Aluminium HD Suspension Mount C to its expanding line-up of premium option for the Team Associated RC10B7 and RC10B7D buggy. Compared to the standard suspension mount, this mount is slightly wider and reduces the rear axle toe-in by 1° per side, allowing for 0° toe-in configuration. Unlike the B6.4 version, where a similar suspension mount was offered from RDRP as a D Suspension mount, this is now a C suspension mount. This change does not reduce the vehicle width, and so helps especially on astroturf and carpet tracks to free up the car.
